    Make sure you have not accidentally selected a different server. If you do have Tegan selected then support is your best option.

    Exactly how long does this take because it has used 3 of my premium days... and I'm sure it will be more -.-.

    Just like Mikey have said make sure u're on right server if u are i would blame the whole situation on server issues

    Yes its the correct server. I would have never switched it. Nothing has been fix and in a couple of hours from now it has been a week. This is ridiculous. I had 10 days of premium left before this happened. If I don't get those back either... Also I was supposed to have enough wisdom today for Cloak of Power so that sucks. I sent a ticket and they did send me an email for it. I have been waiting patiently, but if I am paying for a game I would expect it to be playable.

    You should respond to the email they sent you, even if it is just to say "I still have this problem". The first email they send you is automatically generated. If you don't respond to it, they may think you don't need support anymore. It says to do this in the instructions in that email. Good luck.

    tell them you want compo for the days missed on premium as they are prepaid for..
    as a paying customer keep sending emails telling of the problems you are having....
