We encountered a problem during the game

Dear Sirs,
We encountered a problem during the game. We realised that someone formed a new guild named same as ours.
We posted in the forum about this but the title deleted instantly without declaring any reason. And we got warned. After that, we saw same characters with the same names and opened a new title in the forum and it got deleted again and our friends got banned because of writing these. We searched for a reason to help our friends and we realised that new guilds can be formed and new characters can be taken with the same name in Russian alphabet because it can be same in writing but the reading is different in Russian alphabet when it is compared with latin alphabet. We posted in the forum that this is a dangerous case. Because in the case of complaints of swearing or selling-buying characters screen shots "only the names" are being shown and admins can't know who should be banned. Such as, I can form a new character with same name as one of the admins in Russian and swear to a forum admin. We analyze the problem and posted the solution in the forum just to help but we the Night Guild accused and banned from the forum. We hope that you as big institutional gaming company would take into consideration this problem, realise the injustice and fix the problem. The forum admin that banned us is “The54”.
We just wanted to help, this is unfair. please do your best to fix the problem as soon as possible.

Probably because in posting your complaints you gave away other people's in-game information such as name and guild, which is not allowed on forums. Your best chance is to take it up with Support as no one on the forums can help you with that issue.

 

you cant have the same name guild on same server, it will tell you the name is taken when you try to make it....

 

Yeah, but you can make it look exactly the same by using character/symbols instead of letters. For example, the alpha symbol appears as a normal 'a', allowing people to have same names and such.

 

still not the same... one name only to be used whether it looks like it or not

I don't understand what you mean. Someone can easily make 2 identical names. Say for example the guild name is AgathonPvP or something. Someone can make one like this Ag(alpha character)thonPvP. They will both look exactly alike but wont be the same, which is what I believe the OP is talking about. People are using symbols from the character map to duplicate names of players or guilds.

Yes you can create same names.
But the names are same only to human eye. For the computer they are different, because there are different characters which appear to be same only for our eyes.

I will create one character at my account and I will present it to you later.

But in the next one you can see that I have created character with that name



For you it is the same characters. But in fact they are not.
Capital letters "C" are not that character but it is the character "С"( Cyrillic S)

Guess I wouldn't call it a trick. Just a little interesting thing I stumbled upon.

 

We'll raise the issue of the different alphabet letters with the devs again, in the meantime if you wish to make some kind of complaint, mail your own language support.
