So, I was in the gleaming mountains and as I was going back over areas I had cleared. I noticed everything had reset without me exiting.

Isn't Gleaming mountain a wilderness area? Also, the dungeons beyond level 40 respawn without you exiting.

Gleaming Mountains? No, they are a dungeon.

Stalgard, however, is... somewhat of a hybrid between a dungeon and a wilderness.
The regular monsters respawn. The towers and bosses don't. And it is a private instance, which means only you and members of your group can access it.

Dungeons have been a bit wonky for a while. Like sometimes I pass an area and there are no mobs. And then come up from behind me some mobs. And then there is stuff like in the picture.

Nothing is there but you can waste your shots shooting at it :p

Thats just a bad connection between you and the server. Happens all the time. Commonly referred to as lag or delay.

In this case from you screeny of Crypt the Nefertari Awakeners for Crowlin are there. They have this just fallen thru the floor . A couple others and myself reported this in the old forum.

When they fix this I will probably get dead the first time since I have gotten used to rushing into this area thinking Crowlin is not gaurded :D

    Luck be with ye,
    Mikey,

    Right on Mikey

And the only way to damage them is to place singularity on a certain spot..... luckily I did not get unique drop at that time.. otherwise I would have bang my monitor. This is because the drops are on the "other floor"

Not sure about whether DK / Rgr and SM can damage it or not with their skills ? Anyone tried it ?

    Take Care..

    Good luck farming for Unique

Towers yeah, but bosses respawn, only the Champion don't.

I think the champion does too only the towers do not.

Meteor and singularity worked for me, maybe the dwarf's scatter shot could also work. Also, after killing the monsters 'in the basement' you can see the loot by holding Ctrl but cannot pick it up if you stand right on top of it. To loot it you have to walk a bit above it (so the loot is between your character and skill shortcuts).

I am not sure what you mean by Champion but I believe Champions and bosses are the same thing. Of course, boss meaning dungeon boss, or a monster with a red ring.

When I did Stalgard the bosses didn't respawn for me. Maybe I was impatient but after returning to the area several times the monster was not there and as far as I know only the Mech boss changes locations (the one that makes little towers and summons an underground drill to destroy your bum). And towers definitely didn't. I went by their locations as I was doing quests and they were never there.

  13. The Mech "Quickfire Prototype" is the only mini-boss that does not respawn in Stalgard (in addition to the turrets). The rest of the bosses and the normal monsters respawn in about 5 min. When it comes to kinds of bosses, some are listed as "Champions" others as "Boss" and even others as "Leaders." The Mech boss in Stalgard is the only "Champion" in there.

To the OP, to the best of my knowledge, The Gleaming Mountains do not respawn in any short amount of time (within half an hour or so). Is this a one time occurrence, or have you experienced this quick reset more than once? If you have seen this more than once, could you give me as much detail as possible as to the circumstances so that I can attempt to replicate it before reporting the error?

Well, moderator explained it before me. :)

Also things he didn't mention: Champion is a "boss" that spawns in random area, a dungeon have like 3-4 areas a Champion can be, but is always one Champion in each dungeon. And also Champions have a bigger drop chance for Gems, no rumors, true story. ;) And you can see a Type of a mob you encounter under his name, when your cursor is over him.

P.S. "Towers yeah(I agreed with you that they don't respawn), but bosses respawn(disagreed here), only the Champion don't(some information so you don't get confused by him, because his not an ordinary boss)." :)

Well, Quickfire Prototype just an ordinary boss to me :p
I understand now. Thanks YouWinOrYouDie and Geobli... I was not too familiar Stalgard because I raced through the quests in a couple of hours and never went back there lol

P.S: for being named "Quickfire Prototype" he does fire quite slowly.
