well, it seems you dont know the situation, once you have used the customisation, the second one costs you 10 euros

 

Oh, the "settings" key disappeared after I clicked it for the first time. No options to do anything else for me .

 

hahaha dude what did you expect from bp? jajaja next customitation cost 10 euros..

 

It was noted that this is once per account feature ... not once per character.

 

make sure you pick the right character you want to alter or get ready with your wallet

Support has never provided user name changes.

 

About the hotfix for R118:
How the H. can it be that you didn´t fix the pickup-lag?!?!
The hotfix only fixed ONE SINGLE bug. Something about the defending quests. Unless you are starting the werian-event in 3 days, then i really wanna know why you fix a bug that effects that little of all plyers, instead of the bug that effects 90%+ of all players.
Why BP, why? I really don´t get it.

 

Pickup- lag after relise 118 is terrible, somtimes kick me back 1 step, cant normal play, plese fix it !!!

 

Char customization great idea ,shame that cost a lot
some of the graphics errors disappeared which is good ,no more lags in pvp
but waiting time is longer for me
Still have some delay when picking up an items
Game crash sometimes esp when I play via client

 

Still Connection mistakes...

 

another bug spotted when playing dwarf and you take the quest to find nef cultist in wildherz cavern it doesnt let you click him when found and can't complete quest... cancelled and re-taken the quest on countless tries still doesnt complete....

The thing i didn't like and nobody told us on my bulgarian forum was that the change that you could make to a hero was only once for all the heroes, and not one change for every hero so i didn't get to do anything on my main hero.. and now i have to pay 5 euros if i want to change anything..

 

lack of communication is good here... it's all about the money money money....

Has anyone else noticed the daily quest has not included a knowledge reward at all since the new release, or is it just me?

Once you get to max knowledge the daily rewards will just be for coin or items and books will stop dropping form mobs.

 

Yes, you probably hit level 30 knowledge. Even if you don't take the level, if you have enough to take level 30 you will stop receiving book drops and daily quests for books. The only books you can get at that point are from special sources, like event progress rewards (et al).

 

I have the same "bug" for one year. It is called limitation. Once you reach cap level at knowledge tree you get no book drops and daily quest becomes meaningless.
You don't even have to be level 30 at knowledge tree, once you have enough books of knowledge to open all levels you get books no more, regardless if you have or you don't have enough gold to raise levels.
