Broken Quest?

    I don't usually play the test server, but I logged in today and decided to do 2 quests for the daily knowledge bonus. I cannot complete the quest "Counter Espionage" in the Wildherz Caverns. The quest object (deceased Nefertari Cultist) cannot be clicked on because the area he is in cannot be accessed. I tried to click from several different angles, but I can't click on him. I can't quite get close enough to the object.

    Since this is the test server, I thought the programmers may want this information for possible debugging. I will do a repeatable quest to complete my daily knowledge quest.

    It seems as if that particular NPC has gone in sniper mode. I can remember several persons complaining that he is now underground, and that is on the live server.

    This is not just on the test server it is on the main servers too by the look of it

    Yes, it is. I saw it on the test server, but everything that makes it to the test server eventually makes it live. It kind of makes one wonder what the purpose of the test server is, then, but oh well.
