Dwarf

I want to go with dwarf class. Could you tell me what are the advantages and disadvantages dwarf.

 

Hi, if you want to do pvp, try is the worst class.
You cannot expect to ever land a heavy shot because casting duration without the help of others, dwarves have the worst jump, the turrets will never hit but people in the bridge in pvp.
Unless the spellweavers and rangers have range reduced to the same extent of dwarves, you will only be food because the class lacks in all aspects in pvp and has to rely on turrets because of the gameplay.

When it comes to pve, you have 2 gameplays, you go full damage gear BUT, you are forced to use oil, jump, run, and in the same time, your turrets may miss most of their shots.
Or you can go tank or off tank, the advantages are, the 2 turrets almost never miss, you don't have to run for your life, you can keep shooting, and if you use 2 mechanical turrets, even with 0.80 attack speed shootgun, you can use one heavy shot 95%dmg x 3 shots every second for 0 steam cost.
To put it simple, dwarves in pve has the best burst dps, best aoe damage and best dps. I don't want to bother to the maths, if someone else can compare...

About the spell iron dwarf, you have your armor and magic resistances X 3, the duration is 15seconds, you don't have to stay near a flag.
The cooldown is 2 minutes, but with 2 mechanical turrets, iron dwarf, shrapnel, heavy shot, rockets have cooldown reduced to 2 seconds every second if you're not full dps gear.

Of course full dps dwarves can work too, but you have to rely totally on your team. When you play event solo as a f2p, you will run most of time, have few times to shoot and your turrets will miss theirs shots because you're running.

If you can be 45 fast enough, you should focus on the desert of essences set because of life, armor, and damage of the red berseker boss uniques. If you miss that, the Ammon's dwarf set is 100 life 300 armor or even worse in every item.

 

I've seen dwarf do is carry the flag in 5v5 from one base to the other before iron dwarf ran out.

But there are other advantages like, they are very slippery. You will find yourself wasting time chasing them around while they heal, especially if you're a DK.

Can do a lot of damage if they catch enemy with C14.

Turrets can be good if they actually hit someone which does not happen very often. (also turrets are immune to SW Mind Control)

Disadvantages:

Really bad at fighting players, especially 1v1 against ranged characters.

Short range of attacks unless using 2h.

Pretty squishy in terms of defense.

It's a new class and not many strategies have been developed. (which isn't a problem if you're a tactical player)

 

You are both wrong. Dwarf is the best char in low PVP arena.

In low PVP arena you want to exhaust oponent and not kill him.
This is something very easy for dwarf. They can use turrets and run and wait.
The only thing you need is good equip for a tank and maximum movement speed.

Nobody can stay protected behind the boxes if dwarf is present. Nobody can win against little dwarf with good equip on level 1-5.

 

Yeah but we weren't talking about low level PvP.

P.S: A mage with good equip can kill the dwarf with good equip.

 

Personally, only a mage with fame 35 can kill me (not talking abour $$$ players), the rest 1 hit with C14 = see you in 8s
