Fragment glasses bug

So those glasses what doubles finded fragments didn't work.

My q2 is 200/40/8. Then I bought ammons glasses. Kill ragana she drop fragment, so I use those glasses. But I didn't get two fragment only one.

Now I want last fragment or those glasses needed andermants back.

I think those glasses doubles a drop rate, and not a drop amount.

 

Did you activate them before or after you killed Regana? They do indeed double the quantity and not the drop chance (at least last I checked).

 

The Ammons goggles are a rip-off really. There is no guarantee any mob will drop double at all when you use them. I remember buying for cave pw back before they added the 2nd set of ammons gear and got 2 whole double minor frag drops in one whole run.
Problem is BP/DSO will not ADMIT the goggles are indeed a crap junk item. It's probably the worst item one could ever purchase in this game.
I doubt support will give you a frag or your money back, consider it a hard lesson learned.

@sper009 is right, they double the quantity, not the drop rate.
Did you put them on before or after kill? They work only if you put them before killing.
