There is some information at the link below. They are not very good, IMO. The points of max dmg, instead of percentage, makes them kind of weak. They don't have much armor, either. The only thing that is OK is the set bonuses.

Yes, of course the items will be level 45 if your character is level 45. My test character on the TS is level 40, so therefore level 40 stats are shown.

You're right and wrong at the same time.

If a player is above lvl 40 then you're 100% correct!!!
There are at least 3 different sets that are much better than Full/New Moon set.

If you're below lvl 40 then these sets are very good.
The New Moon set will look amazing and will be devastating for me lvl 2 character.
It would be awesome if the Dev team scaled Sargon's set too!!!
Then my lvl 2 would become mind-blowing.

 

Im sorry to say, but i cant stand those OP twinks, when they hit you untill you have 10 lifes and run. and if level 2 had a sargon unique... well, that would be frustrating for those who want simple pvp just my opinion

I understand your point-view, I don't like OP too, but BP doesn't give me many options as a F2P!!!

My DK lvl 45 is very weak, I can't even do solo OoB or any other PW...
OK!!! I can do PW, but it takes well-over 1 hour just to clear OoB and i mean it literally, no joke...so farming PW or doing Ammon's quests is out of question.

As for my lvl 2, I have been working on him over 8 months.
Do you know why BP scaled New/Full Moon???
I think they did that so players below lvl 40 wouldn't farm them for glyphs.
With some luck a low lvl player could obtain over 150.000 glyphs (10 unique's lvl 40)or more in just 1 event.

I'm sick n tired of farming with my lvl 45 and getting nowhere with me and thats why i started a low lvl months ago...to have some fun, thats all.

 

if youre really farming, not buying anders and spending them as if it was water, then i agree. i have nothing against those, who farm sincerely.

but sargon uniques may make even stronger low level pvps. still, they are uniques, it (ussualy) means better stats than leg ones.

I got my pvp war, and actually, now ill start collecting frags for teleport so that I could go and do that even, because its scales.

So there are some pros and cons, but I think it encourages newbies to farm and participate in events more.

 

A sceptic? I wouldn't want to be that either... it just collects human waste...

This one is easy , but 730 draken nice total reward.
Progress rewards are bad again. Most of us have the Sargon armor already or melted it. Goth hare isn't worth the 3% boost, not really sure what the devs are thinking about, red war horse and part 3 of the emote armor lol. Should have put CoT's on the bar instead of emote armor, at least one CoT reward spot, maybe essence.
Oh well, at least it isn't another Moon event and gear is actually usable for every level. Easy solo for rangers as usual and if you have multiple toons of different classes, you can get 2 or 3 through pretty fast. Have a few hundred beans on 2 of my mains so that saves time farming for them for me anyway. Sure the no ess leeches will be out looking for a free ride on this again. Wish they had a way to see if players were actually using event essence so groups could be sure everyone is pulling some weight of the event. Maybe make our toons shiny when light ess is equipped.
Be prepared for some the low levels to try and leech onto groups lol. Especially the twink toons. Leaving mine out of this, not that much of an <insert bad word here> player with it.

 

Well ...
1. Light essences and coffee drop from worthy monsters are very low.
2. They have increased price for exchanging essences for 10 coffee, it used to be 200 or 250 now is 500.
3. They have made the quest for amphorae keys unrepeatable ... it can be finished only once.
4. Shadow portals does not drop fragments at all. If you are lucky you will get 1 fragment per run. Now you don't have to worry about duplicates because you won't get them at first place.
