Actually for a veeeeeeeeery long time

 

My account has been wrongly permanently banned. I have never used a bot before and have never had any infractions on my account.. Whatever you have done there has been a HUGE mistake.

First of all I'd be suprised if DSO had 6,000 players, let alone 6,000 botters.. Please revise the banlist and find the mistake.

This is ridiculous.

Support just keep sending me the same email and then eventually directed me here

If you can in the future reset the pvp ranking lists I will be much happier and play pvp with more pleasure.
Also I imagine that it will take some time for you to make a list with all Bots users and delete them from game, cause many of the people who are banned will write to support and you need to check them out.

This is one of the best things Big Point and you made in this game.
This is not an excuse if someone says "I used it once or twice and I didnt know its prohibited", everyone knows when creating the account that its prohibited cause its written in CCG.

 

For me, botters could have a second chance ... ... but all their gear should be stripped, no gems, no ranks, no inventory and no locker ... ... just their level they can keep.

u dont imagine what you have do.fisrt of all,yes booters got banned but in the same time they invest a lot of maney.and with that BP lose a lot of meneey.in the last,i suggest that booters ,to be banned not permanent ,at least 2-3 months.and if they use again boot,to be banned permanet.my suggestion

I guess you got it all wrong... there is no credit for BP if players use bots.. they are just simply using illegal program,.. "Bot" users think they are pro... haahaha now its our time "fair players" in pvp celebrates.... lousey bot users go to mama...

There are some Codes of conducts and violations which are very Offensive and the Penalty for that Offense is Permanent Ban... haven't you seen other players who thought it is very unfair(including me). Somewhat time we get to play whether being P2P or F2P we put that time on farming for stuff and buying the gems, anderments and other items. but we put our efforts and time with hard work on top of everything. but bot users on the other hand do nothing use the bots and earn loads of stuff quickly. and still people were using them.

How about this Resolve for you guys who feel guilty and bad now after getting banned. If BP-DSO willing to un-ban you guys, I would suggest them (which I have seen the causes and outcomes and penalities on other games and MMOs) that take away all the stuff which they made by farming via bots and take off all their levels and get them back to Level 1... by that it would be fair & square..

 

I have been falsely accused of using a bot. If client time running is your way of finding a botuser then you should review your tactics. I have sent support emails and have halted my CC from making any payments to your shadey non BBB accredited company.
