And I call BS on that. Unless that "Friend" has a screen shot of the ban notice with his information above it and then another of him in game with the same information, then I won't believe it. Sounds like another person trying to spread false hope to all the cheaters.

The first stage of this was denial when people were saying "I never botted, give me my account back."

The second stage was, "I only botted a little/used auto-loot/used the trial version/started the day before the ban, so please give me my account back"

The third stage was the swearing and threats "I'LL $%@#@^ SUE BIGPOINT."

Now we are to the misinformation stage where people are going to spread rumors about getting accounts back to make things flare up.

Personally, I'm looking forward to stage 5. The botters realize that they screwed themselves and aren't getting anything back and they shut up and disappear.

 

Rick is genial - from business point of view.
There were many fully or almost fully developed players. For Bigpoint a fully developed character is not good. Does not spend any money and make angry other people in PvP beating them and on the other hand they can support weaker players on PvE who can spend less essency. So they are enemies of BP. Rick did see the numbers. Fired 6000 players according to the violations.

Bot users were also useful for Bigpoint, belive me. Most of them used a for a short time bots. They might spent on their characters 1000-1500 euros in their lifetime, in average. They might "steal" some hundreads with bots.
There are also F2P players. These botters could bring 800 Euros even if they used bots, in average.
Anyone who is a professional PvP player knows to play with bots is not enough to be in the best players, it needs much money to invest, too.

Now they think, people love this game and at least 80% of the players will start and develope a new character and pay more than 1000 Euros again, in average.

At the time of the bot bans droprate should be re-set imediately. This was decreased because of the bot programs. Now there should be no more bot users anymore in game. Drop is same as last weak. BP lied (again). And how many lies were there you can not imagine.
It may started with release 89? when DKs was weakened. BP had luxury profit. There was a decision. They wanted much more. Low or 0 drops for most of the players especially for the strongest uniq items. -People will visit khalys/mortis again and again and spend tima nad money.
Fill up new legends with ******** magic / values (low magic resistance value so the uniq will be sold but spent 2 EUR to open each)

Inpossible missions: Sargon necklace 999 kills. No khalys weapon drops. Just spend money, this is your thing to do...

Parallel world bug was corrected in some days. Teleport/jump bug is there since 2-3 years. Maybe this is also programmed to have, I often realise when I am in trouble and want to jump and run away, it puts me back and die. So I can spend 120 Andremants for re-spawn. Nice.

Every bug was corrected that was Bigpoint's interest. Rest is ignored -especially if they can say, "you had temporary connection issue, contact internet provider"

I am sad, many ppl. and/or characters disappeared after the buns. Clans were disappeared as clan masters were banned.

I am so sorry about these players. I think about a mother who grow up a child, become a parent after 9 months and continue this... I know real word is different but everyone who has a character for longer time, think about that feeling that you lose your small child FOREVER. Think about only on that FEELING what they can feel even if they did something wrong. And what would you feel.

How about you go back to the Hungarian forums and leave the English ones alone.

If you don't have any proofs its just like turning own words to facts... no-one believes you sorry but that's the way it goes in real world. you need something to show to backup your claims or they aren't valid information.

Taking that analogy one step further, people know it's immoral/illegal/risky to let their treasured offspring play unattended near a busy street. When that child is taken away by the authorities, because of a negligent parent who doesn't follow the rules, that parent will feel bad; but who's fault is it that the child is no longer in their life? Does that parent deserve to have custody of that child? My answer is: absolutely not. You do the crime, you face the consequences. It was ur choise to use Bot,u like to cheat and think u are more good then Rules.

And why would I believe you? You have 11 posts and 9 of them are in reference to the bot ban trying to claim innocence among other things on two different language forums. You have as little credibility in my books as leelu. Next?

Wait, So it is BigPoint's fault that people cheat and BigPoint let people cheat? Lets get this straight. It is each cheater's individual fault that they couldn't follow the rules that the rest of us did. Second, BigPoint did not "let" people bot. Rather, a programmer saw a way that they could make a quick buck by making a cheating program and selling it. The bot developer went looking for an exploit and when they found it, instead of doing the responsible thing and meeting the terms of service and reporting the vulnerability, they hacked the game.

All this to say that there are two parties at fault, and neither of them are BigPoint. Instead, blame the bot developer and those of you who used their product.

 

you dont know how things work so i can forgive you.but let me say to you something.
bot can be made VERY easy.just few programming skills.if they are better they will just make better program..but anyone can make.SO its only BP fault and you can think more like openmind and see the things clearly.
BP knows about botters for first minute..They have very smart programmers inside this big company.THEY could make a better protection not after 3 years,and doing this.after 6 months of this game started.if you can understand sorry for my english...
BP let botters , when botters slowwwly after 3 years paying, many of those botters gone to maximum everything.no more money just waiting any new event to get in first hour..
Thing if they start a new event.Fast 1 good party finish 1 day...They cant doing it harder cause noone else except full ppl can finish it think..
And they will ban 10000 players,3000 sheeps of them they will create another account + botting
botting will never end..and youll see it.go on DSO forum, They got + page for drop rates on every map.They run 50 bots every day only DSO.BIG point = dso.
but they wanted to start again....and go again full.They dont need full PLAYERS now ..thats all...
