Define 'cheaters'. So you've never exploited an unintentional bug in game. For examples: the famous PW bug, boss ander drop near herald or the event gold bug.
There are so many others, bad that i'm new i cant name them all. Anyway, did you go report it to support or you exploit it? So now, can I call you 'minimal cheaters'? I remember something like 'report bugs to support as a must' in BP's terms and conditions too, many of us do it honestly?
Let's go on about those using third party programs. I'm sure most of you multi-toons used sandboxies to log in another high level char in order to farm glyph in gorga. Does that fit BP's 'conditions'? Or people who use 'IP change' program to do cash in action, are they not cheaters? So, can I call them 'serious cheaters'? lol

My point is that we all cheated in one way or another, so who are you laughing at?
If you pass all the above test, congratz, you are almost a monk lol.
Besides, you claimed you have been playing fair? Fair to whom? Exploiting all that bugs as an old player, is that fair to new players? (no bot related whatsoever).

As you wish, i went back and read those 'sueing post', some of them was about buying vip shortly before the ban, so their premiums are not used, but not getting any refund. Besides, all of them saying that if BP's gonna ban them, they should not allow them to make anymore transactions just before the ban wave to waste money. I see that is a valid point, dont you?

P/S: pity is a luxurious emotion that i dont think i should give to anyone

Sorry. I don't exploit the game as the game to me is just a game and nothing I can acquire here will change any aspect of my real life. If you're dumb enough to break ToS and get banned AND you subscribe while you are botting/cheating and your $13 is not refunded, well too bad. Doesn't anyone read the fine print? Or did everyone blindly click "accept" on ToS before they read it?
And the fact a premium subscriber is too lazy to play themselves and let a bot play the game? They deserve to lose the $13 then. No pity here.

No i'm only playing dwarf buddy, in fact the only dwarf with pvp fame 40 in Tegan. Why do you think i bother to restart lol? My choice of using bot was about having nothing else to do after reaching max fame pvp, except endless pve grinding. The game offers me nothing more if i restart my char.
Just sticking around as an old habit which will be gone soon

From what I have read the user agreement, Bigpoint did not warn users in writing at least 2 times!
So illegally blocked a large number of users whose rights are infringed unfair way!

From business point of view, that's an idiocy, since no one had trully "fully developed character". Even top players do not have all gem slots filled with amethysts +100 or diamonds +100 etc. (even those who were botting and paying simultaneously). Actually most of the botters both payed and botted, I believe - even though they were warned several times about permanent ban. And in case of botters returning to the game, making new chars again and paying money to BP - nah,it won't work

Rick, I'm sorry for asking this questions,but what will happen with the blocked users?I Mean with they heroes?Are they gonna be released again or not?Will they be delete?
Is there a chance to have a mistake,and people who are not used bots to be banned?
Or no?
I mean there's so many speculate about the banned heroes.A people who used a bot and was banned and other who says they aren't use a bot program and was banned again with the others.
Is there a possibility to have a some of mistake?And if there is such possibility,will you return back the heroes to the people?

Prove it now!! I want every peace of LEGAL information that you used to cought this botters! Heard from several people and many good players that the bot is actually BP product. Prove that you(BP) dont used the information from the person that made the bot to cought this cheaters that way you can talk that you cought them. Im sure that in this DSObot have some kind of tracker that you used as your advantage to cought players that used it! Prove me that and dont use excuses like: Its an information that shall not be reviewed to anyone exept admins and so on. IF you prove that I call myself wrong and we finish the question. And if you cant prove it unban all the people who didnt bought or used the dang program that may or may not be your product that made tons of cash!
