Bot/hacking is a criminal action/violation why would those cheaters have a second chance?

No, but BP likes to permanent ban players and then lift the ban and they can have a second chance. 7 years at Bigpoint and still they haven't learned yet what permanent ban is.

 

And you all perform under the terms of the agreement? Where the results of the drawing of prizes from the second event "gold star"that can replace your unfulfilled conditions to ask? I myself spent on this event my money!

This is just a game and players are people.

I'm sure nobody wanted their character to get perma ban just like that and they din't think about what really could happend, but hey seriously can you blame them? This is Drakensang Online aka Bigpoint haha.

i have lost friends with them i have played in this game since 2011
and all of them don't play anymore, who can keep to play after see burnt 3000 or 5000 euro ?you shoul give a second chance to botuser, also make them payed a penality, but give back the accounts banned,

 

But What Bug Detector is that if me i never use BOT...all i do in that game it wahs to spend on each week 10-20 E and have fun with my frends! Is not corect i fell like a Victim because nobody answer to my problem( i fell like i wahs robbed How is that posible when somebody dont do nothing rong to be BANED? I send mesaages to suport to bigpoint platform...they dont reply back message..! I know the customer is alwasys right and u need be sure about 1 thing before u BAN....

the company (b.p) is very clear (bot = ban) (1 +1 = 2) Once you read their terms, not becoming Exclude. if BIKE for 1 minute - 1 hour or 1 day now some posters Instant game. and risked and lost.

I never ever botted. Not once. Ever. Which is probably why I still get to play, and didn't get banned.

All of this crying and whining is ridiculous. Get something through your heads. BP never put a gun to your head and forced you to spend money in this game. You did that of your own volition. This game can be played without spending a penny. (Thank you DSO, for providing me with 3 years of completely free entertainment.) You folks that couldn't wait to develop your characters decided to buy a BOT, took advantage of BP's generosity, held an unfair advantage over other players, and congratulated yourselves on how smart and game-savvy you are. Finally, BP says "enough is enough" and you demand evidence and proclaim violations of rights? Puh-lease! Playing this game is not a right. It is a privilege. It is a privilege BP gives us free of charge, unless WE CHOOSE to spend money. No, you won't develop quickly, but your character will develop. Evidence? What in the world do you need evidence for? You are not being brought to court. You are not being fined, imprisoned, or even prohibited from play. You simply have to create a new account and start over. There's your second chance you are all demanding. Don't waste it.

Mr. Talbott, if I recall correctly, you said that improvements would be made to "the grind". That's what really got my attention. Does this mean we can look forward to less time spent grinding? I "retired" from the game a month ago simply because of frustration over low drop rates and endless grinding for level. Dare I dust off the keyboard, and my fingers, and bravely sally forth again?

Let me add my own bit of begging to all the rest. Don't give in. Hold the line. The absolute best way to ensure that the botters will bot is to renew accounts. But you already know that.

So even if some of the strongest players who played for 2-3 years and who has spent 1500-2000 euros on their accounts and maybe used as an example auto-loot for 1 day or something like that.

Rick can take them and perma ban them claiming them as bot-users and even if those players try to sue BP they will just get thrown in their heads, that they used this auto-loot for 1 day and BP wins.

Damn... I started posting here to get some clear answers and figure out what went wrong in their mind-thought behind this, but this really clears everything up.

They ALWAYS and will ALWAYS only think about profit and this was the PERFECT way to gain profit and look like heroes in front of everyone.

1. When someone payed to a game and a company decides to perma ban the player, he/she whatever can require evidence as a proof that they used cheat.
- If they never used cheat, I suggest to sue BP without contacting the support first, cause asking them to re-open your character, cause you never used cheat is just a little to sweet done, don't you think?

Btw just about the court thing, being brought to court doesn't mean the person has evidence.
