Hello Rick, you ignored my post,can you give some answers?

1- Why so long you have struggled with a bot? why these problems are not dealt a year ago?when the bot is only appeared...why have given this contagion to spread?What sense did it make so much time to pull? Because for such a long time is not a solution to the problem you have shown to users that you can get away with using the bot. When many people began to use it,you started....why didn't have protection from third-party programs at the primary level of the game? here there is not only the fault of the users.

2- Why do some players got banned for a week?A now people who had first seen the bot immediately given a permanent ban?


3- Why the players were not informed that the players have violated the rule 1.2.9 will be punished according to the most strict? Why not why not posted on the forum? In the game? Even in the mail, not what has come...
Although to start would like this to send for examle this "In your account was detected using external programs (autoloot,bot or something else),if You do not stop using these programs,we will be forced to take measures and to keep you from using the account forever in accordance with paragraph 1.2.9 rules of the game"
nothing happened,even in the rules of the game not written that it is punished with eternal ban


4- Why not provided any evidence of use bot programs? after all, without the presence of evidence of the prosecution and groundless prohibition.Bigpoint don't care that there are many people ready to sue?


5- You may be asked to check the ID of some of the accounts for the presence of a bot? if it only once, you can mitigate the punishment to a permanent ban on such options :
- ban 2 weeks
- ban month
- ban for 3 months
- deprivation, drop things with the bot
- payment of a fine (the amount depends on how much broke)
and what about pure heart of recognition? because it mitigates the punishment

6- How about money transferred into the game a couple of days before the prohibition of the game? they will be returned to users?

I hope you will check my account (ID: 100350398 Grimmage),again and see that I used the bot once per 2 years once, April 10 (with ~9 o'clock to 12 in the morning Moskov time) ,just a couple of hours. Check my IP with which I am in game I go (if you need it I can to write it here). Deprive me drop which I got with the bot but to mitigate the punishment. If I constantly use the bot I wouldn't come to write and so much time to prove.

Some of the players payed for their gems. They can have their gems but delete all their unique items, legends, honor points, rewards from the past events and glyphs. Then gave all the bot users a notable mark on the top of their names, reminding them that they are all a former cheater of this game.

to deprive those things need a player has received for the account of the bot, but not to deprive a person of things that he received a fair way. The bot is not able to farm epic bosses.

 

My point is : please ! Bring them back in game !!

... in an alternative world where they all can play amongst their kind and only amongst themselves. So that they can all live together, breed together, measuring dicks together, bullying each other wishout being annoyed by noobs/mods/bp ... everything.

Cos hey ! There's no reason they can be freed of this game when I'm stuck in it totally addicted ! Maybe should I consider using bot in order to get back my real life...

Rick responds to this user, the regulation says that if you exploit is punished with permanent ban, so why not banned everyone who used the bug 2 months ago from mortis?

I laugh with such fair players,
most of them used bugs and is not fair was pumped his character or received unique things.
For example, I 3rd Archer on the server Grimmig who received a death mask. I got it honest way I killed strong Mortis,I spent red/purple essence,potions health buffs and under what would it kill and be tanked. Show how many players have with this mask? Even the Noob, have the cloak is not open already have a mask, 80% of the players who now has this rare unique item got it from Bug. Many people with Bug got a unique weapon Kali and other unique items,many people have discovered chests (without spending keys) and got an advantage over the other person won the JACKPOT!! Many players took the quest to Ander and the farm adner, Estudi which farm 100-200k+ Ander this is not considered stealing from Bigpoint? Why was I given a permanent ban for 1K adner ( to be honest I had 8600 Ander after I graduated from farm bot 9200 Ander,nah it's funny that I bought for 600 Ander?as I will make a strong character due to 600 Ander when I used that one time? over 600 Ander I buy stone +3 damage and all will be killed in the arena?) I have received for the account of the bot? What justice and fair play is it? Ban all players who ever used a bug/bot. Or give players the chance, I'm one of the players who are within 2 years of the game received its first ban in the game and he was a constant where at least some warning? Where stage ban for 3 days and 2 weeks? why immediately moved to stage 3 all permanent ban?


All I want is to return my character,I confessed that I was this program. Sorry, but right now I can't see it in other way, judging from failed updates, lags, servers down, and wrong policy concerning bot-banning.

 

Regardless of what anyone tells you, no one has gotten their account back. If you see someone in-game playing on an account that they say was unbanned, they are lying, as their account was never banned.

You will not like the answer, but you were banned because we detected you using a bot multiple times. We cannot divulge how we detect bots, because the bot developers will then be able to react, which brings us back to square one. I don't like square one.

only the bot users think that bp wants to terminate the game.all the rest of us see a new era of the game to begin and we forgive all the bugs lags etc.

123 was the best release ever.and i've been playing since the begining of beta.
Now with the bigest problem solved its time for new content,new bosses new events new items and evrything.

So stop judging by yourselves.All the rest feel very good with the game.the game is terminated just for illegal players.not for all.

And a last advise.Dont ask for evidence and say im innocent ,blah,blah,blah because in case they give evidence you will be embarassed infront of the eyes of all the community.You are lucky they dont give name list.So maybe its better to stop here the complains,the accusation and the politics messages.
