Two questions :D

hi guys, i'm new on drakensang..
I just wanna ask 2 questions:

1- I'm trying to get some cool item doing the sargon's event, but it's not easy.. I see people level 5-6-7-8 with the sargon's armor or the other cool costumes.. How did they get them that fast? Some days ago I also saw people level 6 with the crimson red costume..

2- For example, if I want a longsword at "special" level (purple coloured), I have to mix like 16 green longswords, then mix 4 blue longswords? it is that complicated?

As for your questions, well, those low lvl players with costumes are probably playing event with their stronger friends.
For crafting items you need to combine 4 of the lower quality into 1 of the higher quality. This guide can help you.

 

thank you. So, I have the two handed axe of the 13° level, at the lower quality (white). If I want it "green" the only way to get it is drop it from a monster..And if I want it "blue" I have to combine 4 "green" 13 level axes, or drop it at the blue quality frm a monster.. is that right?

 

Yes, you need to get 4 improved ones from monsters in order to combine them for getting magic, or get the magic one, of course. You can't combine basic (white) items nor legendary (orange) ones.
