    I face this problem many times. When i enter a map. or just re-enter sigrismarr map for farming. i get directed to game-site user page. In thin client more often than in browser. You guys would say clear DSO folder thing. but it happened when i just started playing on a different computer too. got kicked out of farm team 5x times for this. any help?

    Same happens to me a lot. Often after i have been in a map for longer then 15 minutes. The locations didnt matter. It happened usually when exiting a dungeon. For example the sargon event maps, Gleaming mountains, Atlantis above water etc.

    The game is interrupted when a player moves from 1 map to the next through a doorway. The screen goes black, and there is no transition to a "connecting" screen. The only solution is rebooting.
    This has been going on for several days, and lots of players are affected. Group play is awkward and suffering. The problem is getting worse instead of better. Is there a fix in sight?

    Hi Dar! From what I read under tech support, they're saying it is on our end and not theirs. Which, as we all know is a load of bull.

    No one replying to us bro :(
    ok. i would like to explain in detail like they want us to.
    -My archer level 36 (facing this issue since was around lvl 31)
    -Play in browser because thin client gets stuck all the time. (Mostly when switching between maps, when browser redirects to game-site user page)
    -90% of the times its not full-screen.
    -I keep java on auto update and do that frequently, only because i play DSO.

    Please ask what more is needed to be known. because farming teams kick me every time I get redirected to user-page. It is hard to level up without farming, harder finding teams and even harder farming alone. If it is a known issue please let us know. I know there are more people facing this.

    It happens everywhere, not just Hjalgrimur or the Desecrated Sanctuary (the two I hear the most complaints about). You simply notice it more because you are going in and out repeatedly of those maps for farming the bosses. If you were to just go back and forth between Swerfield and Kingshill, you'd see it just as often, but most people have no reason to use those arrows like revolving doors the way they do with the two bosses I keep hearing complaints about.

    Considering how many people continue to have the problem in different states, it is still Big Point's responsibility to fix.
    I'll translate their reply as, "We're not spending time or money on that. . . you on your own, Jack!"

    I have same problem, worst thing is it happens when I play arena so this is no small problem but a very big one and very aggravating one.

    If I'm not mistaken, this started happening noticeably more often with the arrival of the Sargon event, and has not stopped since.

    Anyway, I have sent a message to support, hopefully they can offer some useful advice because this is getting on my last nerve and makes farming quite difficult.

    I did take a closer look at the Terms and Conditions (see below). I guess BigPoint would prefer we make claims to the state and federal governments about fraud and merchantability.

    Well I have to mention that I did receive a response from the support team that was quite helpful, saying that they are aware of the problem and are looking into fixing it as soon as possible. If you guys are having the same problem, I recommend contacting support and sending them the necessary files requested so all this can be resolved soon, but relax as they are busy working on it and not denying fault as suggested.

    lmao... this has become more of a skimming the admin's brains more than just a problem.
    Well my dear old chaps. I would like to apologize to the old king of kingshill, Callisto that is, for being put in an awkward position about the terms of agreement.
    (the conversation is supposed to be read in a funny scottish/english accent)

    Im sorry DSO team. i know when there is a bug your support team says we know about this bug and are trying to fix it. But that is not helpful because it is taking too long and you don't mention it in maintenance or patch notes updates, as a "known issue"

    I stopped playing about a year ago for the same reason. i thought i was the only one getting thrown out of teams for getting disconnected as no one in heredur responds to english chatter of help and technical suggestions.. And its depressing when only things we can farm is low exp goons and there is no more quests till you level up (cant farm bosses solo, and teams kick u coz of your bug). then i start getting e mails from DSO to fill surveys what made me quit game. i filled that hoping it would have been corrected now.

    So i join back because new class was introduced and i struggled to level up from 31 to 36 alone(thanks to sargon M1 mostly) and now i am on same spot: no quests, cant farm boss for xp because of this bug, and cant farm higher xp mobs because of level difficulty. i have good items for lv 40 but not for lv36. Hope u feel what I'm tryin to say. This is kinda making me waste resources.

    If we need to wait on stuff and do customer-support thing on a regular basis, how are we exactly enjoying DSO :D ... I love the game but its just little things..

    You want to level up from events? :D
    I can tell you that you need average of 8 hours to level up from 31 to 36, if not less.
    I have done it many times so and others.
    Dwarf is an boss for playing bosses. No other class can deal damage to bosses as dwarves can. All you need to do is to adjust proper settings and use proper skills.

    What the hell is this cant your tec deåpartment take care of a simple programming fault so we dont get disconnected all damn time when entering for ex gorga and other locations i am playing on heredur with my mage and whas trying too do some farming with a group now i got dc 7 times in a row and got kicked and insulted on the same time my langue whasent nice either so shame on me aswell but got so darn pissed off made a support case of this for 2 weeks ago and nothing happends dont you understand that you are loosing players and respect for all bp games when nothing is done about it best regards patrioten2

    dont have much hope for this game man , i lost mine already , i play from 2 years and the game had buggs all the time , if they fix a bug after 3 patches the bugs appeard again

    Member's of our guilds have been getting those form letters for years. Recently, 1 officer sent in multiple service tickets for the same, reoccuring problem, and got the same form letter as a reply for all of them. lol. Blowing smoke is the standard response. Sending it on the the techs for a "maybe someday" fix is about all a powerless moderator can do.

    Yeah, it's annoying, but they must be doing something all day. It stands to reason that sometime during the 9-5 slog someone in tech will be having a look at bugs. Just 'cos they aren't fixed doesn't mean that they aren't thinking about it. Maybe they need a round tuit.

    Although I do agree that it seems to be an empty response for now (because the problem still persists), I don't think automated email communication is a sign that they aren't doing anything about the problem. Many companies use this system, nothing to be suspicious of. But with that being said, nothing's been fixed, so I do see your point.

    Still, I'd recommend sending a ticket to support anyway, takes only a few minutes and at least that way we can all be sure that if by the next release, the problem is still not fixed, it isn't persisting because of uncooperative players, but because of an incompetent technical department.
