I think it's good idea for we, but bad idea for Bigpoint . Why? BP earn lot of moneys on low lvl arena maniacs and all things against their can't be realize.

Hehe I'm lvl 19 SW and all my items are outdated, except my weapons, and my weapon modifier, My wand now is lvl 45 and I'm using an EO ball which is lvl 23 currently, and my weapon modifier at lvl 30 (legend).. it's so frustrating to upgrade both legendary and Extra items, Put lots of time to it, I'm an f2p.. and I disagree to your suggestion. don't put limits (in gem and items lvl), as some f2p players put a lot of efforts to make it strong.

Okay, i have been doing pvp for about 5 years now. I am one of the oldest players on my server, and I know very well the troubles with pvp. I could talk forever about this particlar subject but in short, if you are losing then start over with a new character and farm. It is entirely possible to have an insanely good pvp character with 0 money put into it. in fact, there is a DK on my server (tegan) that is 100% f2p and reached flagbearer by lvl 30. he is now marshal lvl 45 and still wrecking. Pvp is about competition and becoming the best. To be the best you have to put a lot into it. Personally, for my current mage i put over a year of farming to get my mage the best gear i could.
That aside, early lvls are the only place to start. it is hardly plausible at all to start pvp at high lvls where everyone is at least ardent Koto. My advice: start a new character, Farm a lot, and instead of trying to debilitate others because they are better prepared, go and make YOURSELF better and beat them.

I always love it when people claim that they have been playing this game 4 or 5 years... you know that the closed beta started about 3 years ago? Have you been playing this game before it existed? If you have been PvPing for 5 years including other games, say it. Don't say something that makes it sound like you have more experience with this game than you really do.

No, I won't forgive your typo because even when I give you the date of when the closed beta started AND say that it was just over three years ago, YOU can't even seem to do the math. Because you told me to do the math (and you obviously can't) according to the announcement, Closed Beta started 3 years, 1 month, and 4 days ago. And to top it off, I don't believe you about you playing from day one. The way you talk, you try to make it sound like you are some hard core player, but you only have three posts dating back only 3 days. And lets not count time spent playing other BigPoint games for experience towards this one... they are all unique and PvP here is different from anywhere else. How about you troll when you have your facts sorted out.

hardcore player- yes. forum junky- definite no. i read patch notes and other than that i prefer to play the game. started with a SW named ayrick and deleted at lvl 34 to make a pvp mage. since then i have made over 30 characters on 10 total accounts and every one of those characters has made at least centurion

It means simply that this conversation has been had a million times. The old forums are full of threads decrying the injustice of the P2P or serious farmer over the casual F2P. The "1" was a typo, in attempting to delete a post I made which like every post about the futility of PvP, in which every suggestion is almost always the same or posted by a F2P who demands the game be structured after their capabilities, the forum would not let me delete my post without writing something. I could have put an emote there, and now I think I will edit it and change it to an emote.
I have decided that threads about PvP injustice are now moot, to me anyway. And threads suggesting that BP disallow P2P from purchasing ANY level gem, glyph, cheeseburger, whatever to make their own toons stronger are just seriously ignorant of what games like these are designed for. To entice you to spend money which many of us do.
