I love S.M, but...

    I can't talk a lot about pvp playing with SM because I haven't played much.
    But for PVE I can say this:
    1.It is not true that cool down is awful. Choosing correct talents for particular skills is essential. If correctly chosen cooldown is fast. For an example if you choose "Motivation" for mechanical turret, with every hit cool down drops by second and if using steam conductor you get even more faster cool down for same time. For an example if "Shrapnel Shot" has 60 seconds cool down, with "locked and Loaded" talent it reduces by 20% ... even more ... using mechanical turret and steam conductor you can get 10-15 seconds cool down. No class have such cool down for such a powerful skill. Same goes for C14 Micro-rocket.
    And not to mention if you have "Double Barrel" talent which enables you 2 turrets at same time ... you can get even lower cool down.
    2. It is not true that SM is weakest class. Just imagine using 600% of base damage for every 10-15 seconds ... on top of it calculate reduced armor when hit by C14 ... that is devastating ... brutal power.
    3. It is not true that SM have only one stunning skill. It has 2 skills: c14 micro rocket and tactical turret if "Detonation Aftershock" talent is selected.

    1. We are talking PvP here, I should clarify, PvE this class shines.

    2. You are basing this on percentage from one skill? Fact is fact, PVP the class is the "weakest" of the four.
    -Also, are you talking about shrapnel? which has a 1 minute cool down, has a tree ability to reduce it down to 33%, WHICH again if you claim S.M had more than "one" stun you give up the ability to stun with tact turret, because those two are in the same tree at level 40.
    -Also shrapnel with the tree talent enable brings it down to 40 seconds..where are you getting 15-20 seconds?

    3. I never claimed 1 stun, I said it lacked stuns, and c4 is the only reliable one, and that stun is only available at level 40, so again, C4 MICRO is the only reliable stun.

    He calculated the cooldown time reduction that 2 turrets with the talent would cause. They would reduce all cooldown times by 2 seconds each time they attack.

    I'm going to assume he is basing that on PvE, PvP, no target stands still.

    If anything, it will be lucky to land a few hits in if the other player remains in the area. :\

    A chance for a 3rd if you don't use triple shot for heavy shot.

    Yeah again...it really isn't so reliable, although I do use this from time to time and it is annoying when it does land lol, because it negates the determination skill, I know because I've seen it happen more than once from use.

    I noted that I am speaking for PVE only. And yes cooldown is 10-15 seconds with those talents. I am always playing that way. Gather all monsters in one huge pile ... cruise in circles around them ... stun by releasing C14 rocket ... release Shrapnel shot ... turret is hitting them(no chance for miss) which means cooldown is reducing very fast ... and repeat all above in 10-15 seconds.
    You don't even need to use other skills.
