New event in TS

No anders, just some farming, doesn't take very long...

For me, Dragan was easy, using a bit of blue essence made it go faster, as my TS ranger account can just run and shoot, run and shoot, etc.

OK, thanks . I also use that same strategy with my ranger, but it is a bit hard when my character doesn't always move or shoot when he should.

 

True, I only experienced 1 totally annoying bug/lagg/... .

You'll get a quest to free 4 dwarfs, once you did, they'll run behind you, but they kinda 'block' your way, that creates awful laggs for me...

 

I haven't completed the quest yet, because it needs 30 stonethingies and I only have 25 . About the dwarves: How strong they are? Are they like mercenaries from the "Attack" events?

 

does the kill counts for killing sargon 999 times ?

You don't have to protect or fight them, they are just running behind you, they won't get any hit and won't deal any hit.

You wont need any frags. You have to do a 5 min quest, then you can go in endless! If you die, no problem, easily go again in. Only if you go in on of the 3rd maps.

 

There are still nice draken without the progress bar, you just need to repeat the "Side dungeons" and get drops like this from the chests.

Dragan is easier than the "Battleground" map.
The Battleground was a lot of running in circles and waiting for Dragon Hide and
Banner of War to cool down and then jumping out of the way before it ran out because I usually died the instant my DH ended.

They don't attack. They just follow until you complete the quest.
The other weird thing about that map is that if you are in the "Desert" areas of the map, you take poison damage continuously. You have to find the buildings and fight from there so you don't die from just standing there.


Dragan drops uniques other than the ones in the picture on the event tab. The nice thing is that they melt well. The bad thing is that they have crappy stats relative to the listed stats of the Warlord pieces and don't have set bonuses. They also have random stats which makes me wonder if the reward ones have random stats. If they do, I will be most upset... I hoped they had learned their lesson that people really don't appreciate randomized stats.

 

I have a decent DK on the test server and managed to run through without difficulty. Actually, not decent... pretty bad. His stats as a level 32 are the same as my level 26 DK on Agathon, except for ,30 more speed.

Anyways, you just have to kill the monsters quickly before they start gathering. I died a few times because they were hitting higher than expected. My archnemesis was the danged lightning buff.. hit me 1ks when not blocked as opposed to 200s when blocked.

The steam mechanica were annoying as hell. Blocking me at every turn and near got me killed several times.

The poison was meh, I healed by killing monsters while running through there.

The event looks great and it's new. I, for one, was very entertained and would've played it longer had I not been kicked when changing maps and locked out because 'full instance'.

Speaking of being kicked when changing maps, how about we fix that error, among many others, before putting the event live?

Not everything has to be about gaining stats, so just because the item rewards were mostly undesirable, I would still play this for fun when it goes live. However, I would hate for that fun to be ruined by bugs and errors.

 

Where can I find these chest ? In which location ? And do I need to have something in order to open them?

Hey guys , how can I take the big pearl to enter the dragan map and kill him ? I only found the small ones to enter the small maps (with 10/60/100 perls)

 

You must run the side quests to get Trophy things. Then you exchange 50 of those for 1 big pearl. Each time you finish a side quest (re) you get to pick one of those chest thingies (forgot the name). They will show up as question marks near the big NPC knights after you finish quest.

 

So which npc drops spider mount then? I am assuming Dragan with a drop chance worse than predator/cloaked wrath/starlight on live servers from Mortis. -.-

 

Dragan but with better drop chance than you think (most likely, and hopefully)

 

What should I do with those notes or something that are dropped from monsters? I got all 4 pieces, but can not connect back to test server. Do they combine? Maybe they make something special together?
