How to get quest from Death Knights

Apparently, I cannot receive any quests from the death knight to Jullov lab nor the death knight to the 100 portal area. Anyone know how to get quests for those? I'm already at the snooper's crystal quest but I cannot get any quest from the deathknights to start the wave.

 

Both are inside maps. You have to enter first at those maps and you will receive quests. And you finish them outside the maps.

 

That is my problem. I entered it and wasted 60 pearls. I have no idea why the whole map is "empty" for me. Maybe it is just a bug or something but there is nothing lol, which is why I thought you need to do something for the guy outside to give you the quest.

Edit: Weird, I entered with my dwarf and he has it but my ranger doesn't.

 

There are statues of the knights(or whatever) both outside and inside those maps, next to entrance/exit. You are starting quests inside and finish them outside.
But make sure you don't have them in your quest logs. If you have them under quest tab and you can't continue ... just remove them and take them again.

 

Ugh, maybe that is why. Well that sucks, 60 pearls gone.
