character wont load

    I really love this game played for the first time yesterday n played for about 7 hours got a nice start I get booted off n my character was gone so I signed off got back on same thing signed off get back on now my character is back so I figure Im safe thank god cus Im really diggen this game today I try to play and I sign in only to find its like I never even played no character so am I skrewed do I have to start over do I give up is this going to happen every time I start a new character whats up guys any help for me

    american east one I sign on n it acts like I never made a character should I just start a new one please anyone help me out this EDIT n does this happen alot cus I would freak out if I had a character like levle 40 or something

    Did you register your account directly through the main Drakensang Online site?

    Contact the Support team if you are still unable to retrieve your character. Be sure to leave your User ID, server, and character name.

    Have you tried changing servers? Sometimes different server can be chosen so it doesn't show you any characters since you never made characters on other severs.
    Make sure you choose right server from the menu when you are logged in to your home page,

    Normally I can but I've been at work all day.

    If we know his name we can look him up on all the servers.

    My id is willieb405 my guys name is prince william I started a new character n it wouldnt let me use that name again so I think my character is just lost out there somewhere thanks everyone it means alot to have ppl help u out im not great with computers so I tried simple things different servers n I know I only used one but no luck my new character saved so I dont know the support team can only find my new character thinking maybe I made a different login or something but I only made one so no luck so far I am just going to start over and forget prince william thanks everyone guess that character is just lost

    no sorry prince willieb was his name and i guess I didnt try that name cus I just now remembered sorry guys

    he is levle 18 19 something like that see if you guys could find him maybe I did create a different account or something on accident I dont know
