How do people get high levels?

Hi Guys. Today im asking a very very dumb question.. But YOLO right XD

So I've been seeing level 45s with Dark set/Mortis uniques.. And I wondered.. How did they get that stuff? I mean If they were to farm mobs to level up they could.. but How about parellel worlds? They couldnt just solo it right?? Unless you pay for anders.. but you cant on test server.. lol

Help me out pls I have a level 2 on test server and i really want a 45

 

Play, that's the answer, you don't need PW to lvl-up to cap lvl.

To answer your question, there are some moderately insane people that actually put time and effort into their TS characters. A while ago, when 'New and Improved' PvP was being tested, anyone who had an account on the test server was given a free character with set levels and items, some of which were level 40s with legendary gear (luckies!!), you can tell by the name... they will have "pvp_(number)" as name. The others are Testers; they are given large amounts of in-game resources which they can use to test things.

Most of those insanely equipped players are either mods, devs, ex mods or friends of mods/devs.
To "test" you just play on test server and look for bugs and glitches. Once found, post them to the TS thread and watch them get ignored. Congrats, your a tester.
