Gnob test server

I visited the test server recently. The gnob was there, and he had the witch hunter gear, I am asking, if somebody know, if it is the same witch hunter gear as the one we can get from karabossa, because the bonus of the full gear is not the same.

 

We can't get set from gnob from Karabossa anymore; it is the old Karabossa set.

 

Did anyone manage to buy it ? Doe it give random stat ?

 

Already stated that it is random. There is a stat range.

 

It's a waaaaaaaaay too expensive for random stat items.!

 

How much does it cost per piece?

 

Around 2700 if I remember correctly.

I think those developers need to get their brains checked. Tells us they want to choose to sell it very expensive for max stats or cheap for random stats. I guess they decided sell it expensive for random stats. What the heck is wrong with! 2750 a piece? Give me a break!

 

1250 for a regular witch hunter items, powerfull is 2750.

 

I doubt anyone wants to collect the useless 40 set.

 

So now instead of having the player base work towards event rewards, DSO in all its' infinite wisdom decided to sell BOTH Witch Hunter sets, old and powerful. Okay fine. The whiner player base who demand instant gratificaion have to be appeased. Then where is the Sargon set DSO? Why not sell it too? No more Sargon events, so let the players missing a piece get that too.
Gnob is anymore a giant fail. No more essences, no more CoT's, same stupid emote costumes and of course that completely annoying laugh emote. Same 4 colors, but never rosy red, oh no, we get yellow and we all know just how awesome yellow is.
The only positive about the Witch Hunter gear is that the under 40's cannot buy it so there will be no even more OP level 1 toons ruining PvP that much more.
This game is tanking hard.

 

That's my point, 1250 drakens for useless things..

 

The normal is almost same as powerful set. It just does not have critical hit chance,5% lower critical damage and a little bit lower hp etc... But the damage is exactly same as on powerful.. and I think it's still worth it.. meanwhile that powerful set is useless with that price.

 

If you want the set (which most people who want to use witch hunter pieces will) the normal set is totally junk. 5% less crit dmg, 20% less crit value, 5% atk speed, +10 maximum dmg is ALOT. If you just want the single piece then 40 armor will work.

 

But If you compare the price - the 45 set is double more expansive but is only like 20% better..

 

It is much more than "20% better". If you are using the full set, the level 40 set is a piece of junk while the 45 set is pretty awesome. Not to mention, one is level 45 and another is 40. If you just want to use a single piece (which I don't think is a good idea) then, as I said already, use the 40.

 

Does anybody know if the witch hunter set (old karabossa set) will be in the Gnob's sale when you use the teleport to his cave? Have anyone tried to enter there and check what we can buy there then?
