when locked you will not be able to destroy/sell any item
- force anyone using the acct out and get you in (sending you a new login pass), if someone manages to hack you;



this key 'd be only be changed by mobile phone temporary tokens
and you will not be able to change this key if you don't have access to the phone you set for recovery

 

It doesn´t matter, when you get hacked, the hacker will get the second pass too

You don't need to change second pass only from mobile phone, you can have second email that can't be changed.

+1 for adding phone security because that is almost impossible to hack and this game have lot of hackers. heard many hacked accounts and i even know one friend who got hacked... hacker still plays the hacked character in the game and bp nor support do anything so ill give a thumb for anything that make cheating more harder

hacker aren't gods simply leverage human vulnerabilities

today mobiles are very very cheap... i met children 5yo with up to three and u got none ?
even if mobiles won't work for you online services to get sms exists since long time now, both free and paid

is it a challenge ?

 

Ok, jokes apart...my answer is still no.

1 - Mobiles aren't cheap(25€), unless you steal one.
2 - Mobiles plans are even worse(25€ per month).
3 - Charging your phone every single day (electric bill)
4 - Buying a new crappy mobile every 6 months(they brake a lot)

So overall, you want every single person here to spend around 400€ per year on mobile phones+plans, just to secure your account???

Also, people aren't naive to fall for scams like these, they are simply greedy, they want shortcuts to improve their toon.

funny thing is so many people say they get hacked but they have given there password to someone else to play while they are busy
on Agathon server this is a bad problem I run into it often perhaps this requires a ban as I consider it as bad as BOT users

 

Agreed. I bet 90-95% of those reporting "hacked" accounts were people who gave their password to someone else - who later turned unfriendly toward them and/or gave/sold it to some other person to use. These aren't hacked accounts, they are accounts made by foolish people. Another 4-9% were probably people who had really weak passwords, like 'abcd1234', or people who fell victim to websites/programs promising (unearned) lucrative rewards but actually stealing their login data. Again, foolish behavior in both cases.

Also, I agree that if someone gives their password to another person to play while they are offline - that is the same type of offense as using a bot. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited in the Terms of Service and is actually already a ban-worthy offense according to the Code of Conduct. The problem is that, unlike bot detection, it would take a lot more time and effort to track down all of these types of offenders.
