Seriously?

Fix – Players lost quests (we need to check during the downtime whether they will get the progress back)

This hotfix took place 6-7 hours ago on Grimmag server.
All I can see is my quests are back at the state they were before I lost them.
Both PVP and PVE quests.

 

Ummmm. This may have already been answered, but I couldn't find it. Does this mean any progress between the intial 134 release and this most recent hotfix will be wiped out? I'm confused as heck on this one. Clarity will be appreciated.

 

According to this:

I guess players who didn't lost their quests shouldn't be touched. (there will be no roll-back for them).
But like I said ... just guessing.

 

I think you are correct. None of my many characters where affected and there has been no change on them since the rollback.

I have a rule of never playing a new patch until at least 12 hours after sync. This way I can go on the forums and see what really went wrong. (seems that something always does.)

When I saw the seriousness of the problem I decided to do nothing but farming and crafting DQ's until it was fixed.

The only problem I have now is that I am still stuck doing this since I am not entirely convinced the crisis is over. Official communications on what is going on have been lacking and confusing.

So for the moment I am going to continue do a wait to see what Monday brings. Oh well there is no such thing as too much farming in this game (except for the psychological effects... but I am already a a crazy old coot )

I didn't lost any quests and they "touched" my(e)....and not in good way
Now i feel...very sad no loot anywhere, so someone did "touched" my acc

 

Now I'm pised. My quest for the Lava Hound is gone....GONE!!!!

I had so many built up wins for that damn mount. This is unacceptable.

I'm gonna stop before I get my EDIT in trouble.

Y'all need to seriously fix this. I'm so mad I really can't think straight.

 

A real fix is certainly in order. However, given the track record of these "yahoos", I would not be a bit surprised if the next hotfix wiped out all character data for every account -- and the support team will offer to recover your data for a mere 300 euros (you know, like a Cryptolocker ransom)!

 

That would be my final straw
