    I wanted to reg. on the test server ,but it keeps showing service not available.
    Is that a bug or what?

    It means ... the server is down. You can register when it is up again.

    how can create accts for test server?? btw i have a lot of friends wanted to create acct for this game.. but always Khalys and Sigriss server always appeared.. how to direct play for Tegan server??

    If you are physically located in SEA region, you can't "legally" create a new character in Tegan/Heredur/Balor/Grimmag server......

    Go to test server and create account.
    Khalys and Sigriss are from DrakensangFX ... that is not this game... that is the Thai version of the game. We play here on DSO :D
