Why is DK so OP?

Get good.. its how you play.. not the character.

 

on grimmag server 1st and 2nd players are DK

 

leaderboards are useless imho because they only tell how much you played.

as for PvP rangers are certainly the best of both worlds. Can win in any gameform. Although DK's have the most potential. If heavy P2P they can be godmode. Bust most DK's have a hard time because they don't have a serious ranged attack.

 

lol ofc is the carather to dk is the best skilled car and all know that so stop saying is not about the carather plz

 

All characters have theyr good sides. As for example DK have grate hp and block, SW have grate damage , Dwarfs have grate attack speed , rangers have combined damage and crit also armors.

 

Do some 1vs1 and see how OP is DK. Only mage can really be a challenge. Ranger 90% loses.
DK need just a headbutt + 2 strike to break the bow, no matter how pumped up is your char. And I say on my experience, ranger 3.6k armor and 9k life. With my war instead..you already know

Just wana give an opinion as a DK, my first char is a ranger and yes its class good class rangers art good att speed and travell if U find the rightt items, same goes to SWs and both have high dmg, form being a DK (tegan server) the only thing a dk has from low lvl up to at least lvl 40 is being a tank that's the only option in surviving in pvps hence the fact that DKs have to hunt and chase u down b4 they can deal damage so without having good hp or armor we are just walking targets for u to run around shoot and eventually kill. From my point of view DK can either have high dmg but armor and hp wud pretty much be easy to kill , have a tanker build DK and take his time killing with that little dmg or if it balances out still won't have armor that'sts impossible to Pearce so in short DKs have to go thru hell at liw lvl chasing and dying..alot but in the end game finally have their good time tanking and killing so it seems fair to me but im just a mid-lvl dk so my point of view is as of here not from lvl 45. Dks just wana survive the battle bud trust me need patience going thru that. and dying but it pays of esspecially when ur close to 40 fame :-Dand enjoy the game and your chats.

 

You havent met Dwarves on Iron Mode on CTFs. DKs are mere dusts in their fingertips.

I knew you were right about DK being OP from the beginning but didn't say anything because this forum has become so anti-OPism that it backfires and people fail to see OPness even with OPness presented right in front of them. The clever ones just diverted the class OPness to P2P OPness, which although true to some degree, provides them with a convenient excuse and comfort for the fact that their class is not as good as DK. Don't worry about others hating you for voicing the truth. Just know that there are other true rangers like you who share your views but are afraid or lazy to let themselves be heard.

Oh well, this is just a game. DKs are OP. So what?

However, you don't see my point. I want class balance not because I hate DKs. It is because it would make rangers stop quitting ad make all the ranger come back and play again so BigPoint will actually profit from this. It is a win-win for both the players and BigPoint.

 

lol someone must think that getting attack speed with a 2h war is a piece of cake for F2P's, i cannot go arena with my 2h war cause i cannot even touch other players with my 1,24 speed, so if i MUST spend money to balance for playing pvp if they pump other classes, what is the point?
it's something like.. i'm walking the street and see a body builder, woow! look those muscles!, i wanna to!...

your view: Give me this muscles...and if others wanna they must pay for it
my view: I've to pay and go a gym to get those muscles...

 

Being a 2H war has nothing to do being able to touch others in PVP. Your 2H sword has more attack speed than SW's 1H wand and is barely any slower than your 1H weapons. Plus DK's usually use 1H + shield in pvp, not 2H.

 

Oh, that is so cute... He thinks that 2h are for PvE only... I consistently use 2h in 5v5 and earn more points from killing than I often could from flag running... In fact, I often outscore 1H DKs that run flags... in fact, I often out score SWs and RAs with my damage. It is becoming more and more common to see 2H DKs in PvP. It just took a while for it to catch on.

bear uses a hammer and that is waaaaay too slow for most people (Especially a F2P) to use in PvP (All sacred or higher to make it even half way decent). A sword is a viable option and I have 1.56 aps without a single sacred sapphire.

 

with my 2h war i'm at 1,24 attack speed, BigBongo i notice you, my basic hammer attack speed is 0,87, far away from wands speed.... I HAVE NO 2H GOOD SWORD... of course this is MY problem not yours!, but if you have more speed than other and less dmg, is YOUR problem

If you had, you would realize very quickly that your statement is false!!!

This is a P2W game and any class is or can be OP, if you spend a lot of money...well above € 25K.

I'm F2P and i have a DK + SW, they can easily or with some skills/tactics kill any F2P + low P2P + some of the mid P2P, but never a P2W class, but they also die very easily against most of the P2P class or a very skillful F2P.

If you guys are so sure that DK or SW are so OP, how about you play with both of them and then come back and tell us all about it...how your "OP" DK rules inside the arena(and if you can make a vid to show us).

Also, don't forget that these days, most of F2P don't play PvP anymore due to unfairness....the arena is dominated by the P2P class.
So if you're F2P, you have to farm for entire year for GoP just to match 1/3 of firepower of a low/mid P2P.
If you're a P2P, then you have to spend a lot more money or improve your skills to beat your peers.

 

Lol? i play server heredur and am a dk... you would be hard pressed to find a dk with 18k hp 5k armour is easy to get and good resistance. Even if you are pay to win, (im not) if you go with a dwarf/dk and mage... reduces their armour significantly.
