I have a few issues I'd like to bring to their attention with the game and otherwise, and the online support isn't exactly very compliant.

  2. Sure. Go for it. If you have technical issues you require assistance with, you here is the perfect place to post them. If you have got some ideas for improving the game, Creative Corner is the place you need. But make sure you use the Search function first - we have a lot of active forum users who may well have already made the same suggestions that are on your mind.

As for complaints about Support: contact Support about that. State your case comprehensively and in a reasonable tone - i.e. not belligerent. If you are not satisfied with their response, ask for your concerns to be escalated. But... do not complain about Support or discuss the content of tickets here in the forum.

    Well
Alright, from most to least importance:

Wanting to have our items or in game currency switch to a different server/character. We buy things on one server when it's available, and then we want it on the other account instead. Now, we just bought these items with our money, I don't see why we should have to go to our other account and then spend more of our money for the same thing. It doesn't make sense. And this game is supposed to be enjoyable and fun, not grim and of an annoyance for both the players and the support team. I'm also tired of hearing it can't be done.
Well, if andermant (ingame currency) CAN be switched around, then other things can too. And if it's really so difficult, that a price can be put on it so it can be done?

Don't know if it's been fixed completely, but since the new updates, a lot of times monsters, parts of maps and even other players appear to be invisible. And it was quite an annoyance with the event because I kept dying and I didn't know what it was from.

The PvP doesn't seem to be fair. It seems that our opponents are excrutiatingly difficult. Like they have 4x defence or HP. It's quite tiring to lose over and over again. And it seems at times that their aim *mostly the spellweavers have some sort of auto-aim that, as it appears, allows them to curve their projectiles (the fire) exactly at their enemy from the other side of the stage.

There are other smaller things. eh.

    That's probably due to lag.
I can see where you're coming from. I do that too sometimes. However, there's no auto-aim... those SWs simply use the mini-map to identify where the enemy is and fire in that direction; since this happens when players are at opposite sides of the (Duel) map, it's not a sure-fire method, but one can get lucky (plus, you get better with time... though more often than not, one won't be just sitting still and shooting). I once fired a Destruction by accident, and got a win... my opponent was running at the other end of The Pit.

  5. Currently, and since the start of DSO, servers have been kept separate. Many players have asked to be able transfer characters to other servers and, while this is/has been considered by Big Point, no definitive response has been forthcoming to date. Given that multiple a/cs on a single server owned by the same person are also kept separate, I doubt that BP will ever enable resources to be shuffled between a/cs on different servers - it'd likely be a case of move the whole a/c or nothing. But... we can certainly pass on your request. In future, please post suggestions/ideas in the Creative Corner - after searching for existing duplicate topics.

As Morinphen said: most likely lag. Please read the forum's Tech FAQ for ways to combat lag.

PvP: the player may have changed their armour set, or they may be buffing. If they are hitting harder, they may have popped ess on or a buff or changed equipment or they simply scored a lucky crit. As for SWs, they are the only class that can efficiently utilise high attack speeds - they won't run out of Mana when firing Magic Missiles, Ice Missiles or Chain Lightning. There is a form of "auto fire". If a player clicks on an opponent and holds the mouse button down, their attack will track that player.

Oh, yeah... forgot about that (most of my attacks are attached to keyboard hotkeys); but you'd still have to follow the enemy player if he/she runs about. Funny that it wokrs with the mouse (holding the button = continuous attacks), but not the same with buttons.

So basically what you're saying is that items or personal things, things that we've bought, are never able going to be switched over causing us to rebuy everything we just bought? In other words, grabbing more money from us. I don't see that as fair. Now, do you? Does anyone else?

For the PvP, no it was definitely not like that for me.
Like it would literally be like they had some sort of auto-aim or lock on that they would ALWAYS hit me no matter what. Even if I tried to dodge at a certain direction away from where they would aim, or I'd use the tactic to try and guess where they would shoot next. But that's where it would like correct itself precisely before they actually attack, so it hits no matter what.

If you bought something on one account then you wanted it on that account. I'm guessing at some point you decided you wanted a different server so you moved there. OK. So basically you bought a house, painted it, then moved. Now you have a new house and if you want to paint it buy new paint. Or, a worse analogy, you bought stuff for one of your kids with one baby momma, now you have a kid from a different baby momma and you want to take all the toys from the first kid to give to the second. Nah, buy the new kid new toys.

Point is, you didn't buy items that are yours to distribute. Your CHARACTER bought items and if they can't move neither can their stuff.

  9. OP'r: This is the Tech Support section. Debate about moving resources between servers is not a technical issue. Your question had been answered. Closing thread.
