Bug Event guaranteed items.

    Hi,

    So I'm seeing that a lot of players.. if not everyone is experiencing the same thing. The event guide tells us that there are 4 guaranteed rewards from the dark chests, yet after opening all nine none of those rewards dropped. I got a ranger potion on a mage, but none of the rewards promised by the guide.

    Am I doing something wrong or missing something?

    Instead of worrying about giving more compensation they simply changed what they said to a different thing. It's too convinient.

    We expected that rewards. And you come, in meedle of event and change event guide as u like..Wow!! Good job BP, good job!! Not fair at all!!

    They didn't changed anything in the event. The guide was misleading ...

    Potatoe, potato. It's not like it matters and it's not like it was on an unofficial wiki page. It was written by DSO representatives, thus it was official.

    Calling it misleading is lowballing it. It was either a bug or a lie. At the very least an amateurish mistake. Just call it as you see it, no sugar coating.

    @ 9ndrei It was neither a bug nor was it a lie. trakilaki was correct: it was an error in the guide that resulted from an internal miscommunication. There was no intention to mislead, and the drops (except for the bunny costume parts) were never intended to be guaranteed. The guide was updated as soon as the new information came to hand.
