Feedback Curse of the Black Knights: Rage of Dragan

What just happened. I had one Part1, two Part2 and two Part4 of the Rabbit costume. Now I have one Part1, one Part2 and two Part4 of the costume.

You basically deleted one of my Part2.. and gave me nothing. Meaning still no Part3. Can someone please explain?

bug fix not working. All it did was to transfer my parts from locker to my main inventory page......

white Rabbit Costume cannot be combined
It is currently not possible to craft the White Rabbit Costume, as part 3 does not drop from the dark chests during the event. This has been fixed now and the correct part is now dropping from the chest.
Important information: A script will compensate all players with the missing part – the missing part will directly be placed in the character’s inventory, there will be no notification popping up. Please also do not destroy the duplicate parts that you until you get the missing part.

 

This "fix" is total failure.
What have they done? They took multiple 1/4 and 2/4 parts ... and changed the positions (slots) in the inventory ...
Now I have 1x 1/4 and 2/4 and 3x 4/4 ... still 0x 3/4

 

Shhhh.. they wrote a script. =)

'Outdated graphics card', 'Cannot reproduce'. I'm sorry, but it sounds... somewhat unprofessional. Especially if we talk about browser game and it happens, sometime, on the brand new machines with dedicated cards. If thats the case, maybe you can buy some 'outdated' laptop with integrated card on ebay, or gather more information, turn on some intensive debug mode with the users having this, think about possible reasons and possible workarounds.

I had this issue only 2-3 times in 100 of runs during current and previous events. in all cases, Dragan was not in his room when I entered, but appeared shortly after 'activation'. Something wasn't loaded, but maybe there is a way to programmatically check if everything is loaded at some moment, for example at the activation hit, and force load whatever missing, or load it second time no matter what, add it again to the rendering thread or whatever you do. Add some additional log messages to the renderers/specific objects.

 

No, please no. After this 'fix' I'm actually afraid that Dragan will disappear altogether. Or we'll get an invisible Dragan.

 

When and how soon will it come up?

 

Some of the drops from Sargon & Heredur on the 120 map are outrageously low. A few copper drops, or a singe white item? C'mon now. Really?
Please raise the base line to something more reasonable for a two top bosses in a difficult map.

 

Soo... thanx for deleting my other torso part and moving the other to a new location in inventory... Now could I get that 3/4 pl0x?

Add: How about just giving every character the part? Would have been much simpler than a failing script.

 

At least they didn't delete my Concentration Potion from my Spellweaver. I wanna keep that as a token.

I still only have rabbit parts 1,2 and 4 (the patch took one of my pt.2s).
Disappointed...

 

The second hotfix will finally work, it will delete the second piece of the second part and add the third part, and we will need the other fix so funny that they have had an easy fix as 2 pieces was a sign person deserves a third. now it's more complicated

And there is another possible bug now with their approach. If they also fixed the chests. Imagine you have only one Part2, but you got it from the chest were Part3 supposed to be. Script would not work, and you would still lack Part3 when you open all the chests.

Please just give the people the freaking rabbit costume. This is just stupid now and is creating a lot of unnecessary community aggravation. If you can't do that, please have Gregg dress up as a rabbit and video a public apology. The costume adds no PVE or PVP advantage. It is just pixels. Just give it out and be done with it.

A lot of people, including myself, don't even want the costume. What I especially don't want is an upset community and unnecessary hot fixes that don't work and cause downtime. Downtime when a lot of nice F2P are farming the bajeezus out of their day is just cruel.

Please show some compassion.

DDD I love the way you say it's just pixels.

I guess that why we play the game, to farm for the "pixels" we want.

Downtime isn't cruel, its only cruel when they don't extend the event time when they screw up the event.
