    Can anyone tell my if they have received "Bonus Ander" when they made a purchase. By that I mean: You pay for 8500 Ander and get two boxes. One has the 8500 and the other has 1105 for a bonus. I know I have received it before and am having a problem with someone at big point support telling me that the "+13%" is a discount on the price ( you save 13% insted of buying two of the next lower lvl purchase). If I am in the wrong I would like to know why I recived extra every time I bought it before. This is a silly little matter but I am at the point where if the person on the other end doesn't know what they are talking about then that really saysd something about their company. If I am wrong then I have made myself look like an EDIT (Not the first time). Thanks for any help everybody.

    I honestly hate to say it, but support is correct. Sorry.

    If you read the description on the offer sometimes it'll save buy now and receive bonus ander OR buy now and get X% off. As in politics, it's all in the wording.

    Illogical: if they are never correct why are you contacting them? Do you hope to achieve an incorrect solution?
