    I'm Haragoshima and when I use the bonus code "HELLOAPRIL", it gave me everything it was supposed to give me except the 3 day premium membership. All of my guild except 2 of them not including me didn't get it either. Can you fix this immediately please. Thank you

    They know about it (see teddy.bear's thread about it among the official announcements), and are supposedly working on a fix. Funny thing is, for the most part, when people used this bugged code, they got 5 white dyes, 3 potions & 10 keys. So there's another bug in which you get everything except the Premium? Wow... this really, really makes them look bad & unprofessional.

    There is nothing about 5 x Dracaty’s Cheer Emote (consumable) 5 x Health potions 999 x Essences of Destruction only no priemium.

    Im not 100% sure but i have doubt that the bonus code actually took 3 days from my premium. It's hard to say when you buy long premium because you don't need to check the remaining time every day. BUT i know i did check it very recently and it was over 50 days left.... now it shows way under 50 (47 day if i remember right). either i have lost track of time or the code took those days :(

    So a compensation is setup via the voucher system to make up for the downtime moments. That's really nice of you guys!
    The compensation code goes poof because of two identical ids and hence all given coupons need to be fixed via a data issue... sorry but I find that hilarious (though I'm sure the dev team ain't happy about it either - data issues are no fun). I keep my fingers crossed the data issue will run without any problems!
    So any limitations to the people this issue will be applied? I ain't touching anything I received (dye, potions, lockpicks) but in case some people do (intentionally or unintentionally) will they get reversed as well? Thank you!

    Thank-you. Glad it was caught early on so there is less code to go through.

    Also to not get the snow white dye I did something I am not 100% sure was ok. I could not hit cancel on the wrong one so I disconnected my network to make the game try to reconnect. I then plugged it back in and clicked on it again and it was correct.

    I wonder if you will take back the items of the players who recieved the wrong reward.I'm asking cause i know some friends who already used the dye's they get and took out other dye's they had ,what happend in this case?

    Hello,
    I was already premium 29 days 23 hours. Then I added the April voucher code in your announcement forum, which was supposed to add 3 days of premium. However it didn't add anything to my time, still 29 days 23 hours after applying the code - and I only activated premium because I wanted to use the code anyways, so why not get both? The other items were given as said in the topic (so it was the right package).
    Help / Fix appreciated.

    No one got the 3 day premium. It was a faulty code.
    When you receive 3 day free premium ... your current premium will be extended for 3 days.

    I have premium already, too. But it didn't remove anything. Nor did it add. So if you don't know it for sure, I wouldn't assume the worst case, however it's possible. Same days for me before and after.
     
  15. All the information that we have received about this matter has been posted in the Official Announcement. Any new information that we receive will likewise be posted there. Big Point is very well aware of the fact that the offer was faulty and they have stated that it will be put right. There is nothing else that we can do about it here in the forum.
