In the last "Attack!"/"Defend" event, there was a repeatable quest that gave you a unique skinned shield that behaved exactly like a regular shield with regular random stats and slots. Now that it is free to identify everything, I doubt they'd do something like this again, but I would love for them to come back with a part three in the "Attack!" series with a similar quest only with a 2H sword (One of the NPCs in the Attack on KH had a 2H sword). I would farm the hell out of an event quest like that.

Last night I finally finished PoS after procrastinating for more than a year. I must say that the set actually looks rather cool in black.

The torso has almost max HP and almost max resist. The armor is middle of the range but I'd be a fool to think that the quest is worth repeating. I may use the torso in a flag running build, but that will have to come in time.

On the other hand (or should I say foot?), the boots have almost min HP and almost min run speed... and who cares about poison resist... Well, it wasn't like I was ever going to use the boots anyway.

 

Working on PvP setup. Still need the last 2 Draken rings to get the extra damage/crit rate/HP/att speed. When getting I "might, but mostly not" will use an onyx to take advantage of the extra 25% from ring.

Nice damage, but I hope that that is just for show and that your weapon decoration has rubies in it that you plan on switching back to sapphires. That speed is awful and because of it, all of my builds with significantly lower damage still have higher DPS.

 

It might actually be worthwhile to use an onyx, as long as the sapphire you take out is irrelevant for speed break points. I think there's a smash breakpoint at 2.09 and rageful swing (or angry strike) has one at 2.10. I am not sure, but the next breakpoint might be around 2.35 or so. If that's the case, a speed of 2.18 or whatever it will be with the tearholder or bloodtooth ring attack speed might just be wasted speed.

 

yea.. It was only for showing... and i took that picture with my weapon adorment empty, my farming stats are 2100-2600, 1939 critic hit, 242%crit dmg, 1,40 att speed .
Btw why do you consider myself an end gamer? I still have a lot of things to work on....

A 2H DK with a beast weapon and most of his items 48/49 is definitely playing the "end-game" game.

With those numbers your PvP build beats even my pure DPS build.

OMG, that's amazing! I'd kill to have it, as I need a good crit. belt for a certain build. Tell me you're not disappointed by this one too?

 

Well.. definitely not for my build atm, but I'll keep it as it could be useful for certain build as you said.

 

well idk how many crit you have with ((claw+cape+???sword???*(10%keen+25%ring)=?) but that is nice belt

I would take it... I'd love to switch to a different build for PvE if I had a crit belt like that to support the switch.

 

It is in times like this (or when it's a nique set people have doubles of while others have doubles of what the former is missing, but they need) that a trade system would seem like a very nice thing. Too bad we can't possibly have an unexploitable and trouble-free one, but that's a whole other discussion.

 

Found this ring, I don't have glyphs to upgrade it, but will keep it in case if I ever came across 800k Glyphs to upgrade it to at least level 35 which can easily replace my level 39 ring.

After holding on to my Dark Armor for so long, today I realized that the odds were that I would never use it again, especially with LVL 50 in the horizon. Additionally, it was holding on to 1.4M glyphs that could be better spent elsewhere. I also said goodbye to two Rings of Inner Fortitude because what DK needs +50 Rage? But, hey, at least my Keen's items are all LVL 47 now.

can you show your armor/torso? or anything where do you get so much armor
just beautiful armor! idk on wath else you could get that much armor cuz i have same gear and don't have half of that armor (pve) and i watch _Baragain_ ,dk who prefer warlord set, with all those beautiful gems and he don't have near that much armor
