    trakilaki, my one and only character is also not new and I got it. My best friend who's in the same boat got the Premium as well. I suppose that's the case with MANOJ too, except he has 2 toons, both of which have reached Kingshill long before.

    Anyway, why can't some people use the NPCs? It works fine for me, but not for everyone.

    Well I just share my knowledge and info with you.
    As you can see from this thread and few other threads ... it seems that R154 and those features are bugged.
    It has been answered by CM Haruki

    I recieved the phoenix pet for all my characters on premium account, but when I change locations or die and return to level entrance, pet disappears and has to be reloaded.
