game client question

ok here is the only problem i have had so far, maybe someone here can help me since i am a new player, i have made an accnt, verified everything and was able to play in browser, but when i try and sign into the downloaded game client as soon as i hit login it resets the client as if i didnt enter any information at all, i have to rechoose my language and enter my info again, and it still happens, any clues how i can fix this? and yes i know this may be more of a tech question but i figured someone else that was new may have had the same issue, thank you

 

go to %temp% folder there is a

dso client folder delete everything in it... start and play if still the problem persists... check ccleaner... it deletes the temp files.. add the folder to exclude list. good luck in game..

 

Yeah deleting dso client folder usually works but for me browser works better , try Mozilla firefox dso still works with that , doesnt work with chrome anymore though.

 

u can play on chrome though.. but u need to access the flagshipe page..ifs u do wrong u will break ur chrome.. so just play with opera , firefox... they still work fine... btw opera is faster... so use it.. u have less lag in graphics and changes map faster.

 

You don't have to delete or clean anything ... the thin client is working that way. You can't save your language settings and passwords.
If you want to save your username/password you need to play in the browser.

 

no what i am saying is that it doesnt log me in at all, the client just resets forcing me to try and sign in again instead of starting the game

 

Try in browser and see if you can log in.

 

like i said at the beginning browser works fine, i was just wanting to not have to use the browser if i didnt have to, and since that was happening i figured i would bring it up to see if others had the same issue of the game working in browser but the client not working at all, and possible ways to fix it

 

In that case play via browser until the issue has been fixed. Like many other players said in these few days there are problems with the social servers ... so I guess it affects the client too. Tomorrow is working day for BP ... I won't expect to be fixed until tomorrow.
