Skill system issue from 155_16

    I found a problem, may be 2 problems, in skill sytem. I am a lvl 50 ranger, after I reseted my skill option, I found I can not activate my explosive arrow talent 3 which require 5 point, no mateer how many skill point left. Next I found even I got enough point left, I just can not avtivate any talent required the same mount of points. Now current version is 155_21, I tried and this issue not fixed. Hope it might vanish on next release.

    What is your exp at. They changed what exp is needed per level and if you are under the new cap the system has you at 47 or 48 where you see 50 and you will not get exp. If this is a stable toon then there is no fix for you sorry. If this is a true test toon then just wait once the stable toons are removed you will be able to have it fixed.

    This would be a database update error. The way SQL works your level and exp are separate values. Until a (Q)uarry is performed i.e. exp earned-- then the data is not updated. Since your 50 displayed your toon stops building exp. And since your exp is not high enough you can not select the talent limited to that level.
