Your time table is incorrect ... it is not CEST anymore ... the time in Europe has changed ... it is CET now.

    Server: Agathon
    21:00 (CET UTC+1)

ATM it is 20:28 CET ... 30 minutes until the start at your server

BTW ... finished it 1-2 hours ago :D

PS - you can't use PM if you are using HH:mm (21:00) format

Event coordination has been an ongoing problem for a very long time. Language and format differences keep tripping up the posting agents. And interpretation is not easy for so many diverse locations.

1 way around this is a real time clock, similar to the count-down clock for events. Example:
Agathon event Suchandsuch will start in XX hours, YY minutes on Friday, Month (full name, not numbers), day, year.
All players can compare the posted time with their own timepieces, and know the event schedule on a personal level.

This bypasses different date formats (month or day first; periods, commas, or slashes).
It also avoids confusion over daylight savings time in different time zones, parts of different states, and between countries.

I've been a big proponent of a Drakensang Clock... whatever time zone it is in. Then I don't have to worry about daylight savings time, or times in other countries/areas. I am running Windows 7 so I have gadgets.. and I have a clock for what time it is here, where I am, and what time it is in Germany. Not the most elegant but it works for now.

I prefer to be disappointed repeatedly every hour until it happens. Kind of like farming a boss.
