1th that topic about EDIT is long lasting...In some twitch they said idk..hmmm...mmm...well yes,many are using...on forum other moderator said its not leading to the ban,everyone can using it on their own responsability because maybe they can content some hack program...2nd many persons are using it for a years from moderators too and 3rd most important,you like representativ of BP need to be on higher level to your custumers (friendly advice - google it custumer centricity) until BP (BP representatives) will treat like this their customers will not have bright future. Take it considiration the game is living from players and payers,if they stop to pay it will not be so funny...So to long lasting productive future go on higher level -customer has always right and you need to be always kind in order to keep them.
I hope you will forward this too on higher level too. I am open to send you many books or webinars about customer care.
