The Starlight is very good ... if using it as a gem holder ... what you need is a decent legendary weapon.

 

Maybe I can catch you with these boots I found today .... They're only pink but they almost match your legendaries

Only pink and beating my 20.15% boots... Wow! Now imagine a nearly "perfect" pair of boots. You'd have over 35% travel speed.

On that same line of thought, I found an amulet today that had 9.84% HP on a single line. I tested it and that single line gave me over 800 HP. Imagine 4 comparable lines for 3000+ HP from one item.

 

I found a blue amulet with over 18%

 

Nice! That would be the same as finding a legendary with 4x400s.

 

Oops I thought it was over 18%, but it's still pretty good for a blue

 

You're doing fine for your level. Just keep doing quests and try to upgrade those magic items for a start. Don't sweat it in what regards Starlight, as trakilaki said, it's not a good weapon nowadays. It used to be, way back when. Don't live in the past .

 

As mentioned before leg weapons give you (by far) more potential, you could search for a nice 2handed weapon, it's great for farming and even in PvP it can be nice ^^

thx. i have had no luck finding good 2 handed weapons. If i'm going to switch from 1 to 2 hands, it has to be a legendary weapon. Otherwise, I want to keep my block rate

It's pretty hard for me to upgrade my things. I refuse to spend any money. My Extraordinary wand is worth 30,000 glyphs for some reason. Once I reach lvl 37 and I can use the extraordinary Duria Staff, then I'll melt it. I believe the Duria staff has 22% attack speed.

 

Don't worry, you're not the only F2P (free to play) person out there. It just takes patience. Arm yourself well in that respect; you're gonna need it. You probably upgraded your wand, which is why it's worth 30k glyphs (though as you progress you'll see that it takes way more of them to upgrade stuff). As I said, just continue progressing as normal, and pick up anything better you can find along the way. When it gets hard to go on, start farming for better gear and/or glyphs (but that shouldn't be a problem at least until lv40).

I just realized I've been a complete idiot. For the first time yesterday I decided to group with a few people and go into the parallel world. I got 2 Legendary items within the first 5 minutes. I'll just keep farming there. XD
