    Hello,

    I Have a bit of an issue with accessing Watery Grave site, i.e. the portal does not exist.
    I'm lvl36 at the moment, and have already spoken to Anna Reed (went to the next urban location. Cpt. Reed has no further quests to offer.
    What should I do in this situation?

    Many thanks for any suggestions.

    Watery grave no longer exists in the game. You need to level one of your characters to level 50 to access the pws.

    Can someon help me to go in The Splintered City of Cardhun? how to go there im 30 lvl and cant i go to travel (teleport) and cant ,"location not yet unlocked",need help fast pleas.

    You dont need to have 50lvl. Just get enough silver if you want to travel there.

    Of course you need to have at least one level 50 character in your account.

    Yes. After you get to level 50 and have access to the city ... all your alt toons can access the Splinterd City of Cardhun on level 10.
