upgrade packages

hi can you please tell me how to purchase the upgrade packages advertised in yest email? have tried to buy things before but cant find them to get ;-(

You can find the packages by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper left corner of the game. In the pop-up that appears, select the "special offers" tab, and you should be able to see the packages.

i tried that numerous times and the only thing in special offers is the andermant packages. ive looked everywhere and there is nothing new. I was also interested in the year membership offer but couldnt find that either. i noticed on previous comments that u had to be level 45 for the december special upgrade offer - does that still apply? thats the only thing i can think of as im only level 43.

The glyph package is indeed restricted to level 45, sorry about that.

I don't believe there is any restriction on the premium packages, including the 12 month one. If problems persist, please contact support (the link is in my signature), as they are more knowledgeable regarding payment problems.

Click the shopping icon, then chose "Classic payment menu", in that menu, choose "Special offers", you should find them there, if you don't then they are not available for you.
