    right click the stone and cast it towards a dead player,
    the player is then given a 30 second window to accept your revive.. or the stone returns to you

    They are used on players from your group. You can't use them on yourself, there are Mighty Spirit Guards for your own revival.

    Ooops... Sorry about that! Edited.
    They are Mighty Spirit Guards, but because they have the Ankh symbol... they look like amulets to me :p .

    Yea, and there is no place to buy them (The Mighty Spirit Guards or normal Spirit Guard), you only get them from quest rewards, events, or bonus codes.

    Of course, until BP makes some change in its use, 2 out of 10 times you will die trying to revive a teammate with the hassle of opening your inventory, blocking your screen from seeing whats going on.
