Bug today crazy "Error Code 23" in Tegan server

    I am having same issue. my toon is seen onilne now but no error code 23 , instead only 'all connection... failed". yesterday i cleared all the cache. temp , % temp% etc and then also same issue.. fix it up fast plz. we know u can do it.. but it is for our duty to pursue further , as it is our need first.

    i HAVE seen post of 'lag on tegan ' posted two or three days earlier.. and i think that lag was server based and that worsen the situation leading to this error code . gosh! if u have taken it seriously at the proper time, u could have avoided this mishap authorities.

    We are new players having difficulty on Tegan server. My problem paying for Premium access seems to be resolved, but another guildmate, he's still waiting and you still have his $10.

    Now the problem is several guildmates not being able to log in at all. In checking around, I noted that under the social field, they show as logged in, and yet they are not there if you whisper them. It throws back an Unknown user name. They tried changing browsers, full laptop reboots, nothing works. This is a problem on the game end, not the user end.

    Tickets have been put in, this has gone on not quite 24 hours but it'd be nice to know someone is looking into it and they'll be able to log in, for real!, at some point today.

    We like the game, we expected to be active regulars but these issues are starting to pile up into more than we're prepared to take on.

    i sort of regretted buying 3 months premium this morning.. now i'm getting the error.. not even able to get to the page where i select character. ARGHHHHHH....

    Finally got back in, see that the New Moon event is gone. There goes 100 Draken (foolish me for not spending 4 consecutive hours playing a video game to finish last night).

    This has now become a total nuisance. Again, "All connection attempts have failed" ..... 4 days and still the same issue, they are too busy with their crappy wings brilliance. I don't buy that "We are working on it". Please put your foot down and let them pull their finger out of their #$$ and do something about it!
    This only goes to show you again and again that DSO have absolutely no regard for their player base. Any other company would have their technicians working on it 24/7, but not these guys... It's like they are testing the boundaries of our patience how much crap they can get away with.

    ...... switching to "Candy Crash"

    I cannot connect to Tegan server at all, despite my repeated attempts, additionally there are many errors in the achievement section of my characters like two of my characters not reporting correct lvl for the reach lvl 50 achievement, one of the said characters having already reached 50 long ago, but it says he is not, the other being listed below actual lvl as well. To be more specific, when I try to connect to Tegan server it fails, says all connection attempts have failed, and displays a retry button, when you retry same thing every time.

  11. It's midnight in the land of sauerkraut, beer festivals and chocolate cakes. Given that they couldn't/didn't isolate and fix the issue during working hours yesterday, I doubt that they'll fall out of bed and fix it right now in response to yet another emergency SMS from yours truly.

    I have no doubts that you guys are as frustrated as we are, I just don't know what on earth would change BP's attitude.

    May I ask, with all due respect of course, did they at least give you some other information regarding the problem?, also, did they directly told you they "couldn't/didn't isolate and fix the issue" or is it an assumption given that we're still facing this problem?. These questions, of course, are not intended to attack you, I just want to know if they're actually informing you back to at least show some respect for your much appreciated efforts to make the situation better for us in Tegan.

    EDIT: Thanks for the reply below, @Allogeneous , I also agree that it is a reasonable conclusion, and I'm also glad to know where the lack of info is coming from, thanks for bearing with us.

  15. @EhtovK I communicated the issue, it was acknowledged, and I was assured that the appropriate internal team had been notified. That's it. No other details/feedback was received. Yes, my comment that "they couldn't/didn't isolate and fix the issue" is based on the fact that we are continuing to receive reports from frustrated Tegan players that they are still getting DCs, "all connections have failed" and Error 23's. Given that, it's a reasonable conclusion.

    I got in for a short time, did some pvp, and now it's not working again. Same error as I originally posted. All connections have failed.

    Maybe if we dye our server's hair anything other than Red, that would solve this issue?

    Same here. Same issue. It is broken and my achievement is all gone and it is broken. They not fixed an emote of war cry failed to make sound 6 months or 8 months back. It is still taking my inventory. So i don't think it will be fixed soon.

    Secondly they intro 161 rel without a patch on error 23. So what is the plight of us in Tegan if we continue to get same after this new patch 950mb download and still error. How will u replace our premium days. How will u compensate the time we lost.

    Do u really think the error code will be cleared in 161 as it is totally new. And error 23 was by product of 160 patch. Have u figured it to be sure.

    1$ = 68INR in my money. My country is having 85% below poverty line. I stopped purchasing anders due to ur policy of giving different country downy different amount of anders after discount like fir my 1/4th amount, so many get what i get and those countries are way better in economic status through out. Now even after our support team send sos to cm and you not trying to solve țegan issues and mocking on our forum mods to gaze down and say "sorry we tried our best , they are not responding"; i bet next time count me in; i won't renew my premium too. U just starve to death . I don't like those who won't support me and don't insist me tui make a guild news in favour of it.

    I am fed up. 4 days and no cure.
