You may have been tripped up by a Java update. If the browser won't auto load Java, the banner prompt changes from "Play now" to "Download." Try the add-ons option in Firefox, selecting Java to "always allow."

It could be something else, like conflicting programming in the Java Cache. Good luck.

I had the same problem when I first started using firefox. I had to download Java. If you ever have the issue pop up again, try uninstalling both Drakensang and Java and reinstalling them. This fixes the issue for me every time. Good luck!

Actually there is no problem in activating Java with me.

As I said, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the three thing: Java, Firefox, and DSO. Non of these seem to help :(

    That is not enough.
    1. close the game and all browsers.
    2. Uninstall Java
    3. Go to C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\LocalLow\Sun ... and delete the whole Java folder . This step is essential .
    4. If you have specific game issues delete the DSOClient folder ... otherwise you don't have to.
    5. Install Java
    6. Start your browser and run the game
    7. don't forget to "allow' and "always remember" when asked for permission by Java

note - use only browsers that still support NPAPI (i.e. Firefox)
note 2 - you need Adobe Flash Player
note 3 - Install 32bit Java version for 32bit Browser ... 64 bit version only for 64bit Browser (not 64 bit OS)

OK looking at the pic you provided there are some things you can check out.

    1. ) Choose to disable Antivirus til next boot

2.) Choose to disable firewall for 10 mins.

3.) Check the taskmanager (show all users) for Dro_client.exe under details. If you see that kill it.

4.) Start Firefox and try to run the game.

Don't do these steps as they are not related to your issue.

    Yes I was just kidding.
Deleting backup files and restore points ... is actually a good idea. I am actually stunned why BP omitted these steps in their tech guide.
Furthermore ... always enter Windows in safe mode when you need to uninstall your browser. And don't forget ... don't use cracked Firefox version ... which BTW is FREE and open-source app. Always download Firefox from the official site (like there is a need to download Firefox via torrent or similar).

Listen to razokh because he has PhD in Technical Assistance ... in a local depot or a scrapyard.

Check that java and flash are working and up todate.
