I can't seem to find out how to sell some of the items in my bag and I need more space. I have duplicates of several of them.

Some things are not sell-able. If there's no price listed in copper/silver/gold near the bottom of the item description, you will have to destroy it to get rid of it. Destroying items is easy; just drag an item off of your inventory onto the ground and agree to destroy it when the confirmation window appears. HTH.

Some quest items you can't scrap. To get rid of those you must drop the quest (there's a little garbage can next to the description in the quest tab).

Sometimes that is a bug where you can not sell sell-able items. I have found changing instances has helped at times.

What the above two members wrote may also apply to your situation. One of the three methods mentioned should help you get rid of whatever is clogging your inventory. Good luck.

Well , all the special cases have been mentioned...

The normal Selling procedure is to open any NPC , ---> choose VIEW SELECTION , then RIGHT CLICK to item in your inventory to SELL IT.

I am very vew here, and am curious what constitutes "open any NPC" --does this include merchants, priests, etc? I am assuming it does mean shopkeepers in the trade areas. And do you click on them first to get their attention? I know, stupid question, perhaps, but every game has different ways of working...

    Hey,

He meant that you should open any NPC where you usually repair/melt your items, the NPC's which offer you quests (talking about Kingshil) does not allow you to sell your items there. However, you can sell your items at the gem store and at the essence shop aswell. I hope I managed to answer your question, let me know if you have any further questions regarding the game, I'll be happy to help. :)

If you want to destroy something, just drag it out of the inventory, a dialogue will pop up asking you to confirm the action.

I love dredging up year and a half old threads... the "Trash Can" referenced above is an icon next to the quests in the quest log that allows you to drop the quest and all the items associated with the quest.

dont trash the items, lol!! just finish the corresponding quest for bunch of coin/ander/exp. odds are- if you have a bunch of quest items, then you probably have a bunch of quests that are near completion, lol. just finish the quests, the items are gone, you are stronger, and what more could you want? i agree bag space is a pain in the butt on this game, but you can manage it easily by only picking up quests for the same area, and to set goals for quests. that stuff helps keep the bag clear. also, you can use andermant to expand your bag and bank. i find that is best way for me to spend andermant. once you get in a pattern, its easy to keep your bag uncluttered. (im free player, so no special bags, just the extensions i bought with quest/grind ander)
ps- early on, try to avoid picking up a lot of random green drops. only grab green rings or necklace. most gear drops that are green are worthless, so focus to blue drops =) hope that clarified it for some newer readers
