Can't find game

I downloaded the installer and setup but I had to close the game to go do something but than I don't know where to look to find it again so I can start. I am on windows 10 any help please thx

You can either go to the start menu and type in "Drakensang Online" to bring up the Drakensang app,

Or,

Go to C drive> Program Files (x86) > Drakensang Online and then click on thinclient.exe.

ok thx and when I installed the game it never loaded up whats up with that? Is my computer may not be supported or does it always happen to some ppl

 

After the installer is done there is a window with a check box. It simply says run the game now.

 

well what i mean is the screen popups like it is going to run the game but the screen stays blaxk

 

Could you give us a quick snapshot of your computer's specs? They need to meet the minimum system requirements as laid out in the DSO guide here.

Also, have you tried accessing the game via a Java compatible browser, such as FireFox? If so, what was the result.

 

I have not been able to get the client to work either on my Windows 10 laptop. But I should also add that I have not looked into the problem much since I prefer to play thru browser anyway on that machine.

If I really did want it to work the next thing I would do is contact support.

I use the client regularly on Windows 10, 64-bit. If you are having issues accessing the game via client, then there is some underlying issue that probably ought to be addressed.
