WHY IS DRAKENSANG NOT WORKING FOR ME?

I Have trouble connecting to server agathon why is there always an issue to play drakensang? the game client keeps saying all attempts to connect has failed?

There has been no reports regarding any Agathon server issues. You can try the common troubleshooting steps in the technical FAQ. If the problem persists, send a detailed report (Account ID, Country, Internet provider, Type of error, Time) to the support.

If other servers are working and it has been awhile since you have gotten on....

Alot of routers provide it's own DNS and if you router does not update it's DNS info then you might have to set your own DNS.

The DNS 8.8.8.8 is a good one to use.

648 Agathon has changed it's DNS a few weeks ago.

 

If it is a DNS problem, instead of changing your default DNS (which is a good idea anyway in my oppinion), you can also type ipconfig/flushdns in the command prompt to force the DNS to go find the most up to date IP information. This is covered in the guide that Aerion referenced.

 

If you have a late model Linksys or Belkin router then flushing DNS will not help due to the fact 192.168.1.1 DNS table never updates.

Drakensang is just completely denying my ip Address,i tried changing the DNS Settings its not working properly,im just going to find a new game worth my money and time..i cant keep dealing with hassles everytime i want to play and where are all the Gms? and Meganuker thanks for your effort.

 

Same issue here, game was working fine, got disconnected, and *BAM* 404 error when trying to log in. Tried from another PC just in case, but no dice.

 

There is a issue with the DNS settings, tech team is applying new configuration at this moment, for both Tegan and Agathon.

So... now I cannot play on any of my accounts. When connecting the bar moves very slowly until the end then all connect attempts failed. Flushed DNS and just for kicks cleared browser and java caches, reboot... yada yada.

Unlike many Tegan users I have not had any problems connecting on any of my accounts since the end of Feb. Any thoughts?

Is tegan server is online, I can't connect for 8 hours.
Why don't add a server status page to Save time on connection attempts.

All servers are online! Tegan server is online.

 

Nope, I cannot get on Tegan either ever since they worked on a DNS issue. re: This thread

I don't know how but After 20 hours I have connection to tegan server (At the same time I have no problem with other servers).
