    Is this for pve?

    -Use a quiver
    -Use a longbow!
    -Instead of skilling hunting arrow, go for blade dance (if you have at least 50%crit chance with quiver for the cooldown reduction, talent 5)

    Maybe it is for PVP...then maybe it is a step in the right direction... It all depends on play style and role. :)
