Special offer on 1 month Premium

Hi Forum,

My friend have a problem with a special offer on 1 month premium membership. I've received several 'good' special offers, like 8500 andermants for 2 eur, 1 month premium for 5 eur, etc. While he haven't even got the offer of 8500 andermant for 2 eur.

We are curious about if the offer are generated randomly for everyone or there is bug since he's not receiving any offers.

They are not random. They are based on past spending and playing patterns. I have seven accounts that I play regularly and another 9 (mostly guild fillers) that I play a few times per month. I can pretty much predict when the purple bags (special offers) will show up.

I was offered the one month Premium membership. Since I was forced to pay with Kongregate Kreds, I purchased enough to pay for that membership. The purchase wouldn't complete; I received an error message. I couldn't submit an error report because Kongregate doesn't have customer numbers, and since there was no successfull transaction ID, that field couldn't be completed as well. Also, the same problem occurred when I attempted tom purchase Andermant.

You need to contact the Kongregate support as they handle all the payment from their users.

I contacted Kongregate; they claimed this is a game development issue and referred me back here. I played Drakensang a couple of years ago, and always used PayPal for payment. Is there any way I can use some other payment form besides Kongegate Kred Krap? I never had this issue before.
