Just wanted to figure out what good values are for my desired percentage.

If you are talking about % crit damage, % armor, % damage, % HP, etc, as far as I am aware, they are the same at all levels because they don't increase as the item is leveled up. In that case, you can use the charts found here. While the actual values (non percent based), may not be as useful, the %s should be right.

If you are wondering if the plain stat lines are any good, you can always check what the value would be at LVL 50 in the improvement window and compare those values to the numbers found in the charts I referenced.

I see how what I said wasn't very clear, I will clarify. I want to know the formulas being the percentages of values on, block rate, armor, resistance. Not just for level 50 though, that is all I can find is why made this post. I hope this clarifies my problem enough.

In case this is what you are asking for, the calculation of % values works exactly as you should expect that it does :p

Suppose to have the following items:

447-698 dmg on the item 2 is obtained starting from the base values for this type of item (see item 1):

    min dmg = (212 + 112) * 38,12% = 447,51 = 447 (rounded down)
    max dmg = (394 + 112) * 38,12% = 698,89 = 698 (rounded down)
