Nice examples Dylannn. The RA is plenty competitive in PvP and the only real improvement that we need that stun immunity for everyone. PvE could use some work, but any changes that are made to PvE better be carefully crafted to help PVE while having minimal impact on PvP or else people will be spouting off about RAs being OP again.

So do us all a favor and delete/quit yours. I heard about a RA yesterday that has about 15.5k DPS... That is almost as much as my "OP" DK's 15.9k and he only has a crafted weapon, but I also have crafted gloves with nearly 34% speed that he doesn't. When will you learn that RAs are just as good as any other class, if you know what you are doing? Either learn to play/build your character right our stop winning. It isn't just annoying anymore... It's pathetic.

 

I wanted to write that, but I was afraid of getting yet another ban.

 

Let the mods delete it or ban me. I'm sure they are thinking the same thing. I can not name the last time that Neo actually offered anything resembling constructive feedback or did anything other than whine about how weak rangers are. People are offering real feedback, like the fact that everyone needs the temporary stun immunity and that rangers need their essence costs balanced due to their lower damge but higher speed, and he just sits there and complains.

Rangers can solo bosses just like other classes can. You just don't know how to play a ranger

Man, usually I have a good time as a silent reader in this forum. But I really can't stand your big baby mouth anymore, whining all the time about how ranger is weak blah blah herr durr (pun intended) and doesn't give any solution. What's the point, then?

I AM from Tegan. I am a newbie, but I've met a guild which has been around for a very long time in this game (3 years or so) and no one, I repeat what was said, NO ONE knows who EDIT is bloodyneo. And if you're a well known player as you said, why, ffs, you keep whining all the time? Oh, maybe this is what you meant, you're known for your whining skill in game? LOL

If you're from Tegan, why don't you open the PvP ranking tab and you can see many Rangers, no, good and mature rangers, stands within top charts (duel, total honor, 3v3, etc). And Dylannn gave you an authentic prove that ranger is good enough (if not the strongest) in PvP, but you keep closing your eyes while you can't give a tiny bit argument at all. Why don't you start open your eyes EDIT

And who is everybody? You can see clearly in this forum, and let me borrow your definition of the following word; 'everybody' against you.
Again, if you're from Tegan, you should already know that many OP ranger in this server, including joe or whatever his toon's name, who could beat one of the best DK in this server (either end game char or twinks).

If you're whining about ranger is weak in PvE, well, I quote:

I am a ranger myself. Ranger is fun. Badass visual, fancy skills/movement, and fun to play (dodging, hitting, dancing with blade). I just hit the end game level just five or six days ago, and has no problem using my below average gears to raid PW maps. Because unlike you, I assume, I have a good and friendly guild mates to help me either in PvE or PvP.

You don't need a fix, nerf, or buff, mate.
You need a friend in game and IRL, for your own sake.

Well rangers aren't bad in pvp however, i would like to see 4 seconds immunity back in the game for EACH class. Also the only real problem that i find pretty difficult to handle myself in pvp are, warriors that play with bleeding charge. The most warriors i fight against already have the grimmag set which boost charge even more. Now dont get the wrong idea they shouldn't nerf the dmg of charge, but it would be for the best if they nerf the infinite stun ability for a war. But oh well thats my own opinion about it and against the other classes, it's pretty much balanced if you ask me.

And about PvE well it is what is. It doesnt really bother me all that much. Ofc i wouldn't mind being boosted but oh well i dont mind staying this way as well. In the end people will notice your results of farming everyday. Like most of the players already mentioned above, with some friends or a good guild it's really not that difficult to find a decent farming group. But by just looking at your replies to others i would doubt it that anyone wants to farm with you (bloodyneo).

 

Apparently you do. You need my advice, Trakilaki's advice, and the advice of every top RA showing their stats in the RA showcase thread. It's that or you do know how to build your toon right and even can play it right, but you feel that you need to be 100% stronger than everyone else and you are just being a troll... So which is it, are you a troll, or are you a noob who thinks he's a pro?

And the only thing OP about a DK in PVP right now is the unlimited stuns with Charge, or the near unlimited stuns with Iron Brow. And that is why stun immunity is needed for everyone. If anything, stun immunity of 4 seconds would make RAs "OP" because they'd either be immune to stun or have a stun break cooled down due the the fact that RAs have the second most stun breaks. DKs would gain the least from the stun immunity since they only get 3-4 stun breaks a minute. By the way, do you see me whining about this and begging the developers to move the one stun break back to our jump like it was right after R155? Then things would be a little more "fair" and I know how much you love "fair."

PS, Is calling me "MR Horrible" supposed to be insulting? For someone to be able to offend me or insult me, I first need to actually value their opinion and give it weight and second, others need to value your opinion too. Here's a hint... No one here on the forums thinks less of me because of something you say because I have earned their respect, but you haven't. The things I say carry weight while you are laughed at. See the difference yet?

Hey Bloodyneo, check out this RA in the show case thread. At 20.69k DPS, he has more DPS than any other build I've seen for anyone else anywhere. Tell me again how week RAs are and how disadvantaged you are over all the other classes. I stand by what I said above. You have no clue how to build your character and you need to learn from the truly talented RAs here on the forums. When you are as strong as them, then you can talk about how week the RA class is.

 

If players open their eyes in the cities they will see that it is already started - rangers stop massively with playing this game. I am afraid that this is now unstoppable. DSO was sleeping too long- the modification on the EA and Wolves was a bad joke. I am also tiered to write in my own forum about this misbalance between the char rankings. No- not about the dwarf -but the complete concept between the chars has to be reviewed. The basic concept of the ranger was not growing accordingly the level cup 50. This is only the consequenz of to less attention on the ranger development in this game.

Ranger is no “DD” and no “tank” at all in PVE. To glorify rangers that have improved their chars for many years and put massively time & money in their chars does not really help and cannot mask the reality. They will be passed easily through other much younger chars with much less money & time. From the “younger RA” ones nobody will invest so much time and money for this unattractive char.
But this problem will be solved in a few month anyway when the ranger is a dead char class.

Delete yours... We all know that rangers are not as desirable as some other classes for farming... Sure, old, well-skilled and well-funded Rangers can reach astounding DPS... Just like all the other classes... But a noob mech is accepted more than a 4 year old ranger... And that is how it is... But seriously man... Do you see any other Rangers, for that matter ANYONE ELSE on this forum whine as much as you? Nobody wants to hear your pitiful mewling... Maybe... If you spent more time in game actually playing instead of crying like the obnoxious baby on the 13 hour airplane ride... You wouldn't be so bad! That is the only reason I can think of that would warrant this whining is that you are so underpowered you get crushed by every dk you see... Even when they are in urban area So take "everbodys" advice and make some friends and farm a bit before coming back with the next round of whining.
